I came by here in the morning to try to beat the August heat and briefly check it out. (Military get in free!) I actually got a bit confused and lost around the garden because the signs regarding construction and closures weren't all that clear in my opinion, so I thought it was much smaller than it was, but thoroughly enjoyed the butterfly garden, pollinator garden, and native plant garden. I came back in the evening with my mother after she got off work and wandered around a bit more, finding the rest (MOST!) of the gardens, and I was amazed at how large an area it is! I also highly recommend the flashlight tour when they are offered, as the gardens are open later, it is included in your admission, you can catch the gorgeous sunset, and there are fun critters to see and learn about :) The gift shop is worth a stop, too, though a little expensive, as expected.
