I had the pleasure of working with The Embassy Suites Hotel Phoenix Biltmore for well over a year while planning a convention for 215 people. From the very beginning, Janice was attentive to my questions, answering them all within 24 hours. Even when she was out for a few weeks due to a family emergency, several other people stepped up to the plate to help out. When my Food and Beverage contact person moved to another job, I was a bit nervous, but Carol handled everything and the transition was seamless. Upon arrival they had a meeting with all of their department heads going through each and every day to make sure nothing was missed. Each and every person on site was professional and courteous, which made the attendees very happy!! Several told me it was the best hotel experience they'd ever had. From the front desk , to the breakfast staff, the restaurant crew, cooks, bartenders and all the management staff,,,,I have absolutely no complaints. Set ups were done on time, last minute changes were no problem,,,they made my job soooo easy. And the final banquet? Wow! The food was fabulous!! Chicken Wellington was absolutely delicious and that's hard to do when you have over 200 people to serve. The rooms were HUGE and had everything you could want for a one week stay. The complimentary shuttle was a big help!!! And the swimming pool? What a nice break after a long day. I loved that they kept it open until midnight! Excellent food in the hotel as well as top notch restaurants directly across the street. Couldn't ask for a nicer location. Even though it was the middle of summer in Phoenix, the temperature inside was perfect. One small glitch with the air conditioning in a classroom was fixed within 2 hours!!! Thank you to EVERYONE at the Embassy Suites! You made me look great!! We will definitely be back!

We were there for a convention. The room, one with two dbl beds, was nicely laid out with a bedroom and another room with TV/couch/desk/kitchenette. Beds were comfortable, there was a sink with mirror in the bedroom besides the one in the bathroom which made it convenient for two people. Friendly staff. Architecturally, the open plan of the hotel made it seem less confining when we were attending convention classes and were not free to leave the hotel. The breakfast was great (and Edith makes a mean omlette!); and the hotel restaurant (Omaha Steak House) was very good (try the chocolate cake - unbelieveable!). Also across the street is an open air mall with several other places to eat (the Califormia Pizza Kitchen was very good). It's away from downtown Phoenix, but I would recommend the Biltmore highly.

Wen't to Phoenix from Canada to see Doctors at the Arazona Heart Institute.
Had to rely on internet research to find a hotel and was very pleased with our choice. The people there were great and very very helpful. They even sent the shuttle bus back to the hospital at 9:30 at night to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel after a late release from the hospital. Everything was great and just as advertised. We would certainly stay again and have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Phoenix.

We've stayed here probably a dozen times in the last decade and the staff and the property never disappoint us. Perfect location near a great mall, theater across the street, several different types of restaurants-all good-and the rooms are roomy and well appointed and comfortable. We just came from a Hyatt resort in another city and paid more and got less there. You can't beat it.

Embassy Suites was great as usual. Good breakfast, (omelets made on order)and a nice happy hour (with some nice cocktails).
The two rooms are great to stay in.
We did notice however that during the weekend a number of locals were staying at the swimmingpool and enjoying the free drinks. And that is something we do not appreciate.
Also the outside of the windows were very dirty. There were a lot of cobwebs. Also in room dining was very bad. We only ordered two cups of soup. Half of it was entered on a plate, the remainder in the cup.
