Went on business to Phoenix, the Hotel is centrally located and staff were very Helpful and extremely friendly. Rooms are good and will shortly be updated, which will make the Hotel even better. Enjoy the breakfast which offers a great variety. If you are looking for a Hotel for a reasonable price, look no further.

I think the hotel is more attractive than its photos. Somehow the bright white of the exterior in the photos makes it not all that inviting, when in actuality it is inviting. The set up for bar seating is somewhat disjointed, but there are nice choices, from couches to chairs and tables or at the bar itself.

The room was clean. the heater didn't work when we arrived but they fixed it right away. The staff was very accomodating. The breakfast was reasonably priced and the staff was very eager to help out when ever they could, they keep the dishes cleared and asked what else they could do, very customer service oriented.

We were looking to stay at a place close to the airport and this was perfect both from a location and an expense perspective. Had no idea it would be as luxurious as it was. Will definitely take advantage of this again...

The saying is oh so true when it comes to this hotel. Stayed here for two nights for a staycation and would have been better off staying home. The parking lot belongs to an office building a decent walk away. Which is fine, except for the fact that it is unattended at nights and all day on the weekends causing drivers to come at you head on while they're exiting and you're entering (since there's no attendant to control the gate). And let's just say if I knew I would have had to leave my car unattended in the area I would not have stayed here in the first place. The walking only got better when we had to trek to the far side of the grounds to get to our room...only to find out our room keys didn't work. Another walk back to the front desk where it took the man attending it literally 20 minutes to reprogram our keys. The rooms themselves are fine but the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything even on floors you aren't staying. There were long black hairs on every towel in the bathroom (which was a nice surprise considering neither of us staying in the room matched this description). The pool and hot tub looked nice...until we noticed the gray and green filth floating on the surface. And to cap it all off, the front desk charged our credit card three times. That's not a typo, THREE TIMES. No wonder the card was declined when we tried to purchase drinks from the overpriced snackbar they call "the pantry".

Moral of the story, if you're looking at mid tier hotels pay the extra $20-$30 a night to stay elsewhere. Paris Hilton would be ashamed... ;)

Sincerely,
Mid-20s Traveler
