The hotel was convenient for me and the staff very helpful. But the fitness center is tiny and crowded and has very little equipment. If you don't plan to use the fitness center, the hotel is fine. If you do plan to use it, stay somewhere else.

This was my first time in AZ and my boss is the one who recommended this hotel as it was directly across the street from where we were scheduled to conduct business. We were able to park the car and walk to various restaurants in the area.

Hotel is very odd to get to, must pakt on side actually across from entrance to another building and walk over. No luggage carts to be seen. Got a room on 7th floor (nice rooms). Got stuck in elevator!! Had them switch us to a lower room. Better. Woke up in middle of night no air conditioning!!! Had to switch to yet another room. And this room is great I must say!...... However, why do hotels not have air conditioning in hallways and lobby's? Are casinos the only ones who can afford this? Because after hiking to room your literally worn out from heat exhaustion!!!

Room Tip: Cottages are much nicer, (high ac noise though) but I must say All rooms great. Our room overlooked pool (which is awesome)

Good value for price. Staff was very nice - but layout was odd and location in older downtown area. Next time I will likely stay in nicer area. Housekeeping and front desk were spot on. Parking for hotel was across the street. Front desk and then room was not ideal. Had to exit back of hotel, then pass the pool to enter another building.

We have been in several Hotels this summer in this price range and this was by far the nicest, Front desk staff were extremely friendly, the room was great, bed very comfortable and the pool was awesome. We didn't eat at the restaurant but there was one on site.
