Not much to see, just a couple of places to eat and a grocery store. Don't waste your time. We did eat at one of the restrurants and it was just o.k.

The remaining one restaurant is worth visiting because it is Authentic Style Szechwan Food and not but including American Chinese Favorites. You can get a hot pot here and water boiled food and they do use the tongue numbing Szechwan peppers here. There is also an Asian Market and I think ONE gift shop remains. You won't be spending a lot of time here.

It is an experience all its own! One can find every kind of fish and item of produce around and some that you will never have seen before. They also have a food service area and a bakery!
The restaurants are getting to be fewer in number with the downturn in the economy.
Underground parking is nice in the summer!

It's nice to walk around for a short while. We ate at one place that looked really nice but the food was not very good. Being from NYC, it may be that we're spoiled by China Town out there but we were not compelled to go back to the Culture Center. We have yet to discover any Chinese food that we'd consider good - again, could be the NY bias, we have awesome Chinese food out there!
