Had dinner with my mom and dad the other evening (along wtih about 15 of their friends)
Been there before - why do we come two to three times per month? The service is friendly (not smug) attentive (not overly so) and the food is great and hot. Doesn't matter what we order, it's always great. If there is a rare problem-it's dealt with by smiling associates who apologize (and you really do think they are sorry) just the right amount. You KNOW they hate anything that gets out of the kitchen and the customer doesn't like it.
This team is well managed and they aim to deliver a great experience - every time!
