On Saturday night we had the best Halibut in years. Cooked to perfection and all the flavors of the seasoning came through. The presentation was artful and the side dish with shrimp was wonderful. A wonderful meal.

Having peeked in the restaurant earlier in the day when it was closed, I was fearing that the meal I'd be having there that night wouldn't measure up to the room's understated grandeur. Upon arrival, the hostess was was friendly and didn't mind giving us a table near the huge window rather than another she was taking us to. Our busser, Martin, greeted us with a big smile (which we saw a lot of as he expertly maintained our table throughout the meal). Jon, our server, was friendly and professional as he steered us through the menu and helped us decide on a lovely Oregon Pinot. We didn't have to wait long before for the fear about the food to subside; the chef sent out a scrumptious amuse bouche - a small crab cake with red pepper aioli . Mine and my companion's martinis were perfect, served in ice cold glasses. Jon gave us time to settle in and enjoy our drinks before the first course arrived - a beautiful lobster bisque and coquille St. Jacques. So far so good! For the main we had a lavender lamb loin and duck "three ways." Both were cooked to perfection. Did I forget to mention the chocolate souffle we ordered up front? We weren't sure we had room enough until the intoxicating smell of the souffle reached us. We devoured it! All in all a great evening.

We just returned from an amazing week at the Arizona Biltmore. The Wright's Bar is a great place to relax at the end of the day, do some people watching and enjoy great service. Thank you Aaron & Autumn!
We were lucky enough to enjoy our dinner in the wine cellar! What a beautiful setting for wine lovers like ourselves. We enjoyed the phenomenal Venison special for the evening and the New York Steak! Two amazing dishes, we even took the leftovers up to our room for a midnight snack! Don't miss the Diver Scallop Appetizer!
Thank you John Watson, Ken and Grace
