Description: As a family-owned restaurant, Fatso's Pizza is all about fresh ingredients, homemade sausage, and real imported Wisconsin cheese. We offer a thin and crispy crust (not cracker thin though) in white or whole wheat or a deep dish pan crust. Our sauce is made with a special blend of spices. Lots of great combinations or build your own pizza. Our wings are big and meaty with a spicy buffalo sauce or honey hot sauce to choose from. Our homemade ranch dressing is the best there is. Our oven baked sandwiches are delicious, too. We also offer huge calzones, fresh salads and munchies. We have 19 beers on tap, bomber bottles, house wine and a limited selection of liquor. We offer carry-out as well as delivery in a limited area. Live music Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 6:30-9:30pm. We carry the NFL package and have 17 TV's. Fatso's Pizza is your neighborhood bar and pizza joint.

“Old place. Family business. Pizza was okay.”
Reviewed 20 July 2014 via mobile

Strip mall pizza place. Location had a unique mothy ball smell, like a old smell. Odor was hard to miss or forget.
Restaurant seating up front. Larger bar area in back. Old decor, pink walls and green carpet.
Several TV's
Attentive staff. They have soft pretzels. Pizza sauce is tasty.
Chicago style pizza. Little squares. Nice tasting pizza. They advertise live music on Thursday Friday and Saturday nights.
Outdoor seating also. Overall experience was okay. Probably would not run back

“Not Quite As Advertised”
Reviewed 7 April 2014

We specifically went to this restaurant for pizza because of the advertised "Thin and Crispy Pizza". A few of the reviews also raved about their thin crust pizza. I realize this is a subjective issue, but our pizza was nothing close to what we expected. The crust was similar to a Pizza Hut hand-tossed crust, and I would describe it as "chewy" as opposed to "crispy". The taste of the pizza was good, they have a decent selection of standard and craft beers, and the service was good....so it wasn't all bad. If you want a truly thin and crispy pizza (what I think is commonly referred to as a cracker crust) you will not get it here.

“Way Over rated! ”
Reviewed 27 March 2014 via mobile

I don't know how this got the 9th highest rating in Phoenix but it surely does not deserve it! They advertise 1/2# sandwich meat. Not close to 1/2# and the meat is sliced pressed meat. Highly disappointed :-(

“Glad we came back.”
Reviewed 6 March 2014 via mobile

We used to come here with our kids starting in 1996. Kids are grown and gone so we stopped coming here. We went back on a whim last week and are we glad we did. Service is still stellar. Still the best pizza anywhere. Great beer selection. We will make this place out regular stop again.

“Worth the drive”
Reviewed 26 January 2014 via mobile

We were staying in the camelback resorts area and were craving some good pizza. We werent sure if it would be worth the drive to Fatso's but decided what the heck. WE were impressed. a great spot for locals and we were lucky enough to have stumbled in on a Saturday night and were treated to live music by a really talented 3 man band. Do it!
