“Great Downtown Location”
Reviewed 3 August 2014

It is fairly small, and QUITE noisey. It is NOT the place for a romantic dinner. BUT. The food and Spirits are great. The Shepherds pie was delicious as was the Corned Beef and Cabbage. The Irish Whiskey cake was a bit much, though. Good, fun place.

“Comfort in downtown Phoenix”
Reviewed 21 July 2014

I've been back 2 times with an excellent experience both times. On the first visit, which was with a business associate, the server patiently waited for our orders while we perused the menu. Made a specific, non-menu, drink order which came back perfectly. She suggested the steak and Guiness boxty, a beefy/mushroomy/rich stew with a slab of ultra smooth mashed potatoes on top. Excellent!
On my second visit, I was solo and arrived later in the evening, so I sat at the bar. The bar tender suggested the Rueben. Should be in its own food group!! Thin, tender, juicy corned-beef on toasty rye bread. Large for that time of night, but I have no one to blame but myself for finishing the whole thing. Don't think I could have done better.

“Open on Thanksgiving”
Reviewed 27 June 2014

My husband and I visited the Pub on a trip to Phoenix over Thanksgiving weekend. Not much open downtown, but the Pub was. Very tasty Irish Stew, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his scotch flight. Good service, clean, very enjoyable.

“Typical Pub- great patty melt!”
Reviewed 13 May 2014

very small inside, clean, didn't smell of smoke, Had cider on draught so that was a plus. Ordered the patty melt- sandwich was great, steak fries so so. Don't sit next to the window in the afternoon-very warm.
