“Gorgeous Facility, Handy Location”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 April 2014

I had not been to a meeting at the Phoenix Convention Center for more than 10 years, and I was pleasantly surprised when I recently attended the Digital Summit there. The meeting was held in one wing with 3 very large meeting rooms-- all conveniently near each other-- and large, clean men's and women's bathrooms at each end. (Almost no bathroom lines-- great considering the conference had more than 700 attendees.) The lobby space outside of the meeting rooms were spacious enough for the breakfast buffet and the evening happy hours-- without feeling crowded.

The facility was immaculate and very beautifully detailed inside and out. There was artwork and artistic architectural details everywhere.

There are several hotels nearby-- as well as the Hershberger Theater, the Chase Baseball Park, and the Arizona Center (retail and dining). The whole area around the center is very well designed.

“Conferences Multiple”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 March 2014

Three different buildings amount to some disorganization, but this allows the Convention Center to attract a multiple of multitudes. We were in the West Building; exhibit area was vast with ample electrical access. Rooms had very little access to outlets for our laptops. Only one very little coffee shop open inside convention center (what a joke). Outside lanai was well landscaped with plenty of seating.

“Emergency Nurses Conference”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 March 2014 via mobile

Very nice, clean and well organized facility. Designed with a good flow and multiple restrooms. Staff were helpful to orient colleagues when they were unable to find rooms. Center core with food and drinks but unfortunately they were open limited hours which lead to a few challenges. There were 3 events during our conference but there was sufficient room and not conflicts for space.

“Well laid out, Clean Bathrooms”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 February 2014

This venue is easy to get to - we were able to walk from the hotel - no cabs or shuttle buses. Rooms were well laid out and had plenty of space to sit comfortably. AV was great. We could hear everything and the screens were large and set up so there was no problem finding seat where you could see. Bathrooms were plentiful and CLEAN. Water coolers in the main hallways were a nice feature. My only recommendation would be to add another coffee vendor in the food court. The lines were too long to wait if you planned to attend all of the sessions on time. I'd definitely would not hesitate to attend another conference in Phoenix.

“Great convention center”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 January 2014

Great space for a tradeshow and educational events.
Bring your water bottle, as they have bottle water vending machines which are free. A first for me to see in a convention center.

Chairs are hard, so hopefully your 'classes' are short and to the point.
