The shuttle bus arrived late, I had to wait for 30 minutes. It is not very nice to wait at night for the shuttle when you have been on a plane for hours. The hotel is only 5 minutes away!

The woman at the front desk made it up to me with a complimentary breakfast. That was nice, but they should be more on top of it.

Once there, the hotel was okay, although it's age is showing.

Room Tip: Make sure to avoid the first floor in the back, there is a huge generator that makes a lot of noise.

I apologize for the disappointing shuttle service you received. However, I am pleased our team made sure you were comfortable and received our best “Yes I Can!” service. We have finished our first phase of renovation on the first floor including the RBG restaurant & bar and are in the planning stages of the phase two that includes the guest rooms. I hope you will visit again in the future.
Sincerely,
Ted Trembath - General Manager

Stopping there before heading to the parks, I was not excpecting anything. I was wrong... They upgraded us in a suite and brought some proseco and cherries for the birthday of my mom.

In addition, the renovated lobby bar and restaurant is really agreable.

Thanks to the team at Radisson.

Good standard for an airport hotel.
Beds were very comfortable and bathroom adequate.
Ruby Tuesdays very close by as had ravenous teenage boys after a long flight, so was a good stop right nearby before checking in!

Only 2 complaints -
1. We had booked 2 rooms through expedia, however they had not passed on our request for rollaway beds in both our rooms, this created some inconvenience as we checked in very late at night after a long flight and took quite some time to resolve as the "usual" staff that attends to this had already left for the night
2. Our stay was the week before Xmas and our room was right above the main entrance - all night long, Xmas music was played very loudly by a speaker, requiring me to source earplugs to get any sleep. It disturbed my 7 year old also.

Nice enough hotel. Love having a burger in the bar area after a long flight and the server is always smiling and friendly and helpful. It's all comfortable and great for a night or two close to the airport. Always a good welcome and nice staff. It's just the decor when you get up to your floor that let's it down - it really does need a makeover but that said the room is fine with a nice big comfy bed and that is what is important after a long travel day!

We stayed on Christmas Eve for just one night. I stayed at this hotel strictly due to the reviews of the Trip Advisor family. They are not wrong!

As a Concierge member, we were treated exceptionally well! In fact, we found nothing lacking in our stay. When we walked into the lobby we were greeted with a warm welcome and a offer to help us check-in instead of using the new "ATM" check-in. She immediately recognized us and told us our room had been upgraded. She gave us our room keys and breakfast coupons.

The elevator was clean. The hallway was clean. The room was fantastic! There was attention to detail in the layout and cleanliness of the room. There were two bottles of water and a welcome gift from the GM. We appreciated the snack and vitamin water.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The shower was amazing with great water pressure. We just watched a few minutes of TV but there were many channels available.

On Christmas morning we enjoyed a very quiet breakfast as there were only a few guests. However, they still prepared a full spread and the breakfast buffet was excellent! Again, very clean and the presentation was pleasing to the eye. I loved the fresh fruit and waffle machine.

The only "comment" that I would make is that parking could be better. I do understand that they utilize their parking for airport customers and they receive compensation for the vehicles parked in their lot; however, spaces could / should be designated for airport parking and the rest of the spaces for actual hotel guests. Those staying at the hotel should not be forced to park so far away. Just a thought.

Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel. It was excellent in every category.

We stumbled across the RGB Bar & Grill that is connected to the Radisson. The service here is unbelievably awesome.

Ty Wilkins is such a great host. He took care of all our needs and we instantly be friended him. Ty and his co worker (from Chile we didn't catch his name) were so warm and accommodating. Ty overheard that we had missed our connector flight, and had no toiletries with us. He brought us a bag full of toothpaste and everything else we needed, on his own accord. He made our Christmas

We will definitely come back to catch a Coyotes game and take Ty with us!!!

The hotel was in a convenient location close to downtown. The prices were cheap and reasonable for the facilities. I had a sound sleep in the comfortable room and enjoyed the continental breakfast of hot waffles.
