First, call the hotel for a shuttle pick-up as soon as you get your bags, because during peak times, the wait for a shuttle can be awhile. From the hotel to the airport, the shuttle runs every 20 minutes, and it was prompt during my stay. Check in was fast even though the Front Desk was quite busy with a line. Many airline employees stay here which may explain why the Front Desk really made check-in fast and efficient. My king bed room was above average in size and bed comfort and very well maintained. The 42 in LCD TV was mounted on a very practical swivel base which should be adopted by other hotels. The work desk area was also practical, but could have been larger. The free Wi-Fi was fast enough to check e-mail and open large attachments, but too slow for streaming video. There was a single serve coffee maker, but no fridge. The light in the closet was a nice touch. The single basin bathroom was well lighted and the shower had a full size tub with plenty of hot water and good pressure. There is a small gym with a couple treadmills, a bike and a decent set of dumbbells. The business center was equipped with 3 computer work stations and a laser printer. Noise was not an issue during my stay and parking was free. There is a small Asian shopping mall about a block from the hotel which has a kind of upscale Chinese restaurant for dine in or carry out, but very little else within walking distance. At just $40/night on Hot Wire, this hotel was also a great value.
