This hotel was very nice. Pretty new. Great location. Book the B&B package because the breakfast is not included without and it is really good! Well worth the price. Staff very nice. My only negative comment is the noise level. The AC - LOUD. The noise coming from other rooms through the walls - LOUD. The doors - LOUD. That is my only negative. Otherwise, very good stay.

Very nice hotel, located in a new, quiet part of North Phoenix. 20 min. drive from airport in off-hours.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely, hot breakfast (eggs, pancakes, oatmeal) made to order with a great variety of fresh fruit, breads, cold cerals as well. Beautiful rooms, spacious baths ($10 per person but well worth it!!). Grill also serves dinner beginning at 5 PM, pricey so you might want to drive to other restaurants at a nearby mall.

My only dislikes:
Very loud roof fan engines outside an entire side of the hotel. Make sure you ask for a room on the side of the hotel facing AWAY from these fans, which sound like a freight train. Also, the AC vent outside the elevators do not work properly (or perhaps just not opened during my stay). Very hot when you stand by elevators.

But overall, a great hotel at a great price!! And one of the BEST breakfasts you will ever have at a hotel!!

Had a great stay here. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and felt safe. The food was pretty good (although breakfast is not included). The only negative things I can say are 1) my air conditioner was fairly loud (but it worked, and in Phoenix in July, that's all that mattered!) and 2) I found the bed to be uncomfortable, but that's just my preference. It was a nice, new bed. All in all, a great place to stay, especially for business travel.

This hotel has a safe comfortable feeling for a single female traveler. It is above average for the price. I got a great senior rate. Adjustable mattress is an amazing plus.

A friend and I stayed here for two nights while in Phoenix to attend a concert. We chose this hotel because our ride and friend lived nearby. It was clean and we found it to be quiet. Would have liked if they had gone down the hallways during those two days and picked up plates, glasses, etc. Comfortable beds.
