This hotel has has all the things that other hotels have (pool, exercise room, etc.) but I really liked the atmosphere and the way it was all presented. I will first admit that the neighborhood wasn't exactly spectacular but it wasn't bad either. There is a CVS, Target at several restaurants up the street. But the hotel is arranged in such a way where everything faces out to a very nice looking courtyard. The courtyard is complete with several sitting areas (some of them with fire pits) and a pool. The pool and hot tub are open until midnight and noise was noticeable but minimal while we were there and we had a room on the first floor and right by the pool.

The wifi was spotty at times but they had two different networks so if you can't get a good signal on one of them then try the other. The front desk addressed our concerns at all times and overall I was hugely impressed with this place. I did not use the bar or restaurant but it looked nice and like everything else just had great presentation. The workout facility is open 24 hours (accessible by room key) and had three treadmills, an exercise bike (if I remember correctly) and a range of dumbbells and a TV.

The rooms were complete with a refrigerator and microwave but two setbacks were just one small trash can (fills up quickly) and a small toilet/bath. The bathroom sink is outside the door (in the bedroom).

Clean, attractive hotel with nice courtyard/pool area. Friendly service, comfortable room and nice amenities like citrus water in the lobby. Shuttle service was prompt, convenient and courteous.
We paid for the breakfast to be included in the price of our room, only to find that for that, we receive a voucher towards the breakfast. We still had to kick in a few extra dollars to cover the full cost. That was a bit of a disappointment. The food also could have been warmer, but at least there was a nice variety of options at the buffet.
The person at the front desk called a cab for us and rather than calling one of the larger, recognizable taxi companies, he called a small one-man operation. The car was kind of dumpy and the driver wouldn't stop talking about a business plan that he had. He stopped to get gas with us in the car, and then forgot to turn on the meter. Not the most pleasant of rides, and surprising that such a nice hotel would refer their guests to this kind of service.
Despite these hiccups, I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay there again.

Rooms comfortable/ suites with separate bedroom/living room. Small balcony is appreciated (fresh air and sliding door is nice). Free HBO - although about half the channels didn't work on the living room TV. Beautiful grounds- many nice features. Big pool and hot tub open late- but this turned out to be a negative: the first night, kids screamed and yelled in the pool until closing time. I was surprised the management (and parents) allowed this, but I let it go. The next night- same situation (and when I say screaming, I don't mean just the sound of kids playing- but more like "yelling like you're on fire", nonstop, for several hours). I called the front desk at 10:45pm and mentioned the noise, the fact that it went very late the night before, and asked if it might be a little late for this tonite. The response was a defensive "Well I wasn't here last night" and "the pool is open til midnight." She could've at least said "I'll ask the kids to keep it down somewhere below the level of screaming bloody murder," but she did nothing. The bellering continued until after 12:00 (and this is after they'd been going all day long). I thought it was ironic, considering the times I've been denied peaceful and quiet use of the hot tub after 10pm at other Holiday Inn properties. Most hotel guests exercise some level of common courtesy, but apparently it's more important to this hotel to protect the rights of a few guests who don't.

This is by far the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. The rooms are all suites and they are laid out perfectly. You have a nice sitting area/work space with a wet bar and microwave/refrigerator. The bedroom can be closed off as not to disturb someone sleeping and the vanity is in the bedroom allowing two to get ready in the morning. I ordered room service and it was prompt and delicious. The courtyard of this hotel was fabulous. Several nice sitting areas with patio heaters if needed. A gazebo and a nice pool. Elevators are external and all of the rooms face the courtyard. Have a wonderful breakfast the next morning at the hotel restaurant. This is my ideal example of what every hotel should be.

We were there for a Conference in Phoenix and this was a hotel close to the event.

This is a very nice property - the rooms are very spacious that include a living room with sink/refrigerator/microwave/seating and a t.v. The bedroom portion also has a t.v. with a VERY restful bed and soft/firm pillow options. It is all updated with modern furnishings and is a comfortable place to stay.

The room did have a "stuffiness" to it but keeping the room at a cooler temperature helped that. Also, the bathroom portion (toilet and shower) were a bit cramped. But excellent water pressure!

The staff is super friendly and there is a great outdoor space to sit and relax. (There are two fire pits with comfy seating - nice ambiance.) We did not eat there but did partake of the bar to have a beverage in the outdoor area.

Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Room Tip: The room we had opened up to the courtyard - which I believe all do. Very quiet - felt secure.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. The rooms are large and beds very comfortable. Great courtyard with fire pits and many lounge areas. Note that breakfast is not included in the cheaper rate options which was an unpleasant surprise to find out first thing in the morning. The wait for the Starbucks in in the lobby was excessive so plan ahead if you want coffee. Staff is exceptional and overall experience was great.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher floor as noise from above guests can be an issue at night. Ask for the rate with br...

I really like this hotel. I have stayed here before and liked it then which is why I decided to stay here when work sent me out this way. The rooms are clean and are set up like a little apartment. Small fridge, couch, dest, wet bar type set up and the beds are comfy. Oh yea and 2 tv's in the room. The Resturant is average in my opinion. Plenty of parking and stuff near by..I would stay here again if I'm heading this way!
