Towels & wash cloths quality & quantity were inadequate. No alarm/radio/clock. No microwave. No fridge. Poor maid service.

We apologize that you found your stay with us less than adequate. The quality of the towels and washcloths will be evaluated, because we believe that our guests should be comfortable and treated like family during their stays at our hotel. We will also look into the fact that your room was lacking other amenities, such as a clock, microwave, and fridge, and we will take care of this situation accordingly. We apologize that you felt the maid service was poor; we pride ourselves in our customer service and, as such, we will be sure to evaluate the ongoing training of our staff in order to ensure that they will be able to provide the best customer service.

My family other friends and there family stay there our daughters play in a travel ball team. When we left the hotel in the morning the door lock would not lock so we had to leave for our daughters games Saturday morning. When we got back from the games on Saturday we headed out to eat the door wouldn't lock again I headed to the office and talk to the manager in charge. He got the maintenance man for me "he told me" that the lock was jammed and that there were other rooms the same way. They offered me another room 123 when we entered the room it look good but as we lay down on the beds after a long day one of them was broken when you laid in the bed you just suck all the way to the bottom me and my wife had to sleep on that bed because it was close to the door the door have no safety lock on it. To top it all off when you turn on the cable the channels were all snowy you couldn't see mutch BAD place tostay.

This is a good place to stay. We were there to see the Seattle Mariners Spring Training games. It is close to home games as well as away games. The staff was on spot at all points. Housekeeping was attentive and not overbearing. Oh, and we loved the pancake machine (WANT)........

This motel is in terrible condition. It smelled terrible. I would have expected to pay 39.99 but I payed 150.00 plus since all other motels were booked. Roach motel! There was a gap in the bathroom door about an inch wide. We also had to stand in line for about a half hour to get the room. The clerk was behind a glass window where we had to give our CC card and identification through a slot under the window. It made it seem as though it may have been located in a unsafe area.

Room Tip: Absolutely not!

Hotel is not in a good location. Room smelled of smoke even though it was suppose to be non-smoking. Bed was uncomfortable. Overall impression of room was "it was very used".
