Most any property would be better than this. Without any elevators, Lugging suitcases up the flights of stairs was a killer

Terrible customer service. After getting room assignment and key, found the room had not been cleaned. No help or apology from management just "we are very busy". Room was stinky and old and in poor repair.

upon check-in guest was advised that Housekeeping was finishing up with cleaning the rooms due to being sold out the previous night and was welcomed to wait in lobby and housekeeping would let them know as soon as the room was ready. We do apologize about this inconvenience.

The location is very good ( close to the airport )
When we got to the reception, the lady at the reception was watching TV ( she was half asleep it was only 9:15 pm ) in the sofa at the reception. So after we sign an agreement that we have to pay "in case we destroy something in the room", we walked to the room, and when we open the door ( with a lot of trouble)it came out a smell of cigarets and dust, (unbreathable) the sheets were full of stains of different colors, the air condition had a sound like a big monster truck, the bathroom door was half broken. And of course we decide to walk one block and pay again for a decent hotel, this place doesn't worth half of the price we paid
( 110 usd) please be careful or the management of the hotel has to do a big turn over of this awful place.

The guest made a reservation for a smoking room and was thus asked if he had made the correct reservation at which guest said yes after checking in guest was given key and was given directions to room 20 minutes later guest returned and said they did not like the room front desk employee offered a different room at which guest declined without even looking at another to see if it would better suit the guest. The guest then proceeded to leave property to another hotel. And the employee on the couch was helping a guest get connected to the wifi as the guest was having difficulty connecting.

With your name on this property I expected more. Instead: old building, poorly maintained. It had all expected amenities...except for an old TV; and a courteous staff... but in a box that was far from " luxury".
Shame on you HoJo, and your corporate handlers.

Room was unclean and smelly. Frig did not work. Got it fixed. Great location and price not out of line with quality. Staff helpful. Just need more housecleaning attention. Bed linens were wornout.
