I stayed at this property on 2 occasions both lasting about a week, and would love to stay here again, without even trying what others in the vicinity have to offer. Its got me free wi-fi, a large comfortable room with kitchenette, a market, a laundromat, and more that dont even have occasion to use. Most of all, I dont drive, and am grateful for the cheerful staff that drop me and pick me from office or the nearby market on call!!

We found this Residence Inn to be top notch. Front desk folks were pleasant and very helpful. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options. You can't go wrong staying here. The motel is very close to I-17, so it is easy to find. If we are traveling through this area we'd plan to stay here.

Room Tip: The west rooms will be more quiet as they are the farthest away from the Interstate.

Just had a weeklong stay the the Marriot in North Phoenix- 1/2 block off Hgwy I-17- convenient location. Pool was heated- full breakfast served daily and small dinners served 3 days a week- free grocery pickup service- small but nice gym. Rooms very comfortable with all amenities to prepare meals onsite.

Room Tip: Rooms in the 1500 range are in the quietest part of the complex but internet is shotty in this locat...

We missed our flight due to a computer problem on the plane at our place of origination. The airline was kind enough to comp us a room until the next flight the following day. We expected just that, a room. To our surprise it was the Residence Inn, Phoenix Airport. The shuttle service was timely and not far from the airport. The room was clean, large with a small kitchen and living area.
The staff and shuttle driver were very helpful. The driver recommended good places to eat nearby and even offered to take us there. There was a shopping center across the street that had a few Chinese restaurants and a grocery store. The free breakfast the next morning offered a good variety of hot a cold items along with a complimentary new paper.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to respond on Trip Advisor. I believe you were looking to review the Residence Inn Phoenix Airport location as we do not have a shuttle at this property. However on behalf of the Residence Inn, we thank you for staying and hope you chose the brand the next time you are in Phoenix!

Really, we loved our stay at the Residence Inn. The room was exceptionally nice. The front desk staff was exceptionally nice. And it wasn't too far from West Gate, where we attended the Fiesta Bowl and New Years Eve. My only issue was with the housekeeping staff. In the morning we had our "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. But the housekeeping staff still called our room to see when we wanted our room cleaned. We told them later in the afternoon. No more than an hour or two later (with the Do Not Disturb sign still on the door), they knocked on our door and asked if we were ready yet. There is a reason the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. Not everyone is on the same schedule, and we would like to get some sleep. Most hotels respect the Do Not Disturb sign. This one did not, as we were disturbed several times.

Hi, I really do apologize for the housekeeping issue that you experienced while at the hotel. I understand how important getting your rest is and we should have respected the do not disturb sign that was on your door. We have very good practices and procedures at this property so I will look into this and see why and how we dropped the ball on this day. We appreciate your review however and hope you choose to try us again the next time you come to Phoenix!

I spent a night at this hotel after a very late flight. The free shuttle arrived promptly after we called, and the check-in was prompt (even though it was 2am!) It has a great breakfast, very quiet rooms, and a warm fire. We reserved a 2 bedroom, and even through we arrived late (thanks Southwest!) our room was ready and waiting for us. The pool area is surrounded by the property buildings, so there is some privacy.

Room Tip: Choose a room opposite of the clubhouse. The property is on a busy road, but most of the rooms are...
