Room was clean and shower was adequate. Room Service forgot to re-stock in-room coffee service 3-5 nights. Pool area could have used a bit of trash pick-up and pool should be cleaned out after wind storm. Hot tub was nice. Free breakfast was way below the industry standard. All in all an adequate hotel for 1-2 nights, but I won't be staying longer than that again.

Visited Phoenix and wanted to stay outside of the downtown area but still be able to visit the city. Chandler is a good option as it has plenty of shops and restaurants and is a very "suburban" type vibe. Check-in went fine and didn't have any issues. Rooms are laid out very nicely and were clean but did have an issue with road noise (hotel was entirely booked so our request for a room away from the highway could not be accommodated) and the bottom of the doors of the room do not meet the floor so every time anyone talked (or in some cases with kids - ran and yelled) down the hallway it sounded like they were literally in your room. So all in all a decent, clean hotel but not for those who are light sleepers and looking for a quieter option.

Room Tip: Book through triple A as was able to get hotel room for about $20 cheaper than all other sites. Also ask for room away from highway - we didn't and road noise was an issue.

This hotel is pet friendly! Close to a lot of food and convenient stores, shopping mall and necessary sops one might want need to go..... Excellent location if one is out of town...

Sherry at the Front Desk was very professional, accommodating, customer friendly with a warm smile! Even our pet dog felt comfortable and sensed if the usual hotel we stayed in.

We are driving cross country with our two toddlers and our dog. We have been staying at LaQuintas because they have a wonderful pet policy. The beds and room were clean. The bathroom on the other hand was disgusting. I puts towel over the bottom of the bathtub last night because the bottom of the bathtub was so dirty. There was some sort of black grease on the bottom of the tub, shower curtain, and on the floor. And the bottom of the bathtub was slimy. It was one of those showers where you wake up but you don't necisarely feel clean afterward. Beds slept well though. Noise from the highway was a little loud through the single pain windows but we sleep with a white noise machine on anyway so not a huge deal breaker for us. Front desk lady was very sweet and helpful.

Management should hire someone to run their breakfast. Seems like management cuts some major corners on this. Every La Quinta we've stayed at offers some hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage, etc. this place has the night shift girl set up breakfast. There's nothing hot unless you want to make your self a waffle. No bananas. And no real coffee prepared. What hotel doesn't have coffee made akd ready for their guests?

Anyway, ok place to stay for a night while driving. Just be prepared for a crapy breakfast. For the $120 a night price we paid there are nicer places out there folks.
