Sharlot Hall Museum is historically educational. We enjoyed learning more of the history of Arizona and Sharlot Hall together with information about John Fremont. During this visit there were demonstrations and talks that are not an everyday occurence. One table had example of guns through early days and another gentlemen was showing what methods were used to color materials. Very interesting.

The personal attention the curator gave me during our conversation about Sharlot Hall. A great place to learn some history of Prescott, Arizona and surrounding areas.

As a long time Arizonan, I have never been to this museum.. Friendly staff with great knowledge of the area.. Well laid out grounds that would make for a great picnic spot on any day..

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and highly recommend it. Fantastic historical buildings, beautiful flower and vegetable gardens. My favorite was the transportation room with all the wagons, bikes, etc. I would go again. I believe the price was $7 per person.

For a small city, Prescott is home to a wonderful museum: Sharlot Hall. She was a local historian and poet who put together this wonderful collection. Just two blocks from the town square, it is a shady peaceful attraction. I encourage everyone to visit it!!
