“Do the flight”
Reviewed 26 February 2013

Visited recently for the first time with a friend. We both had the 5-flight with appetizers. All were excellent. Will go back again when in the area.

“Less "brewpub" , more "beer tasting room"”
Reviewed 20 January 2013 via mobile

I'm a huge fan of craft and micro breweries, so to have 2 of them in Prescott is wonderful. My wife and I love Prescott Brewing Co. (PBC) and have been wanting to visit Granite Mountain Brewing since hearing of their Kickstarter campaign. We came in on a quiet Saturday early afternoon, ordered a couple pints and some pretzels, and took a look around. Seating is comfy, the staff are warm and super-knowledgeable, and the environment is cozy instead of loud and busy. They even have a selection of board games to play. Highly recommended.

“Beer and great atmosphere”
Reviewed 27 December 2012

MIchael's brews are excellent. The place has a Cheers atmosphere. The staff they have hired are friendly and open to conversion. But back to the beers - their flagship are great - but the specialty beers that has been offered so long have been excellent. Beautiful bar with real granite from Granite Mountain. They have a limited menu - but seem to offer some great soups / stews when we have a cold Prescott night.

“Beer and Atmosphere As It Should Be”
Reviewed 7 December 2012

First off, the beer...highest quality due to the incredible freshness, lack of preservatives and UNFILTERED processes to garner the most flavor possible. You simply cannot beat that. I particularly admire their affinity for darker beers (stouts and porters), which are wonderful. However, they occasionally throw in flavorful, balanced-hop pale ales and IPAs, which complement perfectly.

The atmosphere is what gives the place so much charm. Being able to speak personally with those involved in the nano process, including the founders and the brewer himself, is an experience like non other for beer aficionados.

The interior is comfortable and cozy with pick-up games to boot. The outside patio in back is the perfect place to escape the heat under the trees and enjoy their great products.

Moreover, they have now included beer-blended drinks which cater more towards the female clientele.

“Good atmosphere, cute patio and great beer”
Reviewed 5 November 2012

Not a big brewery beer fan but their Blonde was fantastic. My husband got the flight. Their seasonal pumpkin beer was good. No Four Peaks Pumpkin Porter by any means but it was tasty! No TV's so you can enjoy conversation, their comfy chairs and good music. They were playing some Buena Vista Social Club while we were there!
