My first visit was for lunch. Seating was very high stools but owner advised was going to remodel in next couple of months and have tables with chairs...thank heavens!!! Lunch was good. Would return for more visits.

This used to be a fantastic java house with awesome fresh local coffee, great service and a wonderful place where everyone was your freind...it's changed hands 4x 5 years. The current owner has lost the enticement of consistent service, great java and making this once sweet java shop quaint and cozy....

Gurley Street Coffee was recently bought by Rosa and her husband who own and operate Rosa's Pizzeria a few door west of here. Coffee, always good, is even better. One free refill. Coffee is roasted by the former owner who went into the wholesale coffee business. The Raven Cafe in downtown Prescott has the same coffee.

More tasty pastries than before. Cinammon rolls, warmed up and dripping with frosting and butter, are wonderful.

Previous owner did some extensive rehab on what had been an old coffee house and new owners have improved on this.

Nice place for a morning break. Free Wifi for visitors. I have not eaten lunch here for some years but Rosa is now supplying the lunches so imagine they are consistent with her own restaurant a few doors down the street.

Only thing missing is the sign that used to be behind the counter which read "Friends don't let friends go to Starbuck."
