We arrived here on my birthday after spending a week in Sedona. It was a wonderful way to unwind after being so active in Red Rock Country. The staff could not have been more gracious, from having made a dinner reservation at The Rose for us, to serving delicious and beautiful breakfasts, to having the room furnished with everything we needed. I loved all the little outside areas with gardens, tables and chairs, a swing and a hammock (and rocking chairs on the porch)! We met some other people who were staying there, and ended up getting together with them for a little "happy hour" under the trees one night. The location was great--very close to Courthouse Square and all the shops and restaurants.

Room Tip: We booked the English Rose room, as it is on the back side of the property, more private and quieter...

My husband and I had to be in Prescott for business but he booked a room at the Inn hoping to make it romantic as well. It was! Everything was wonderful - beautifully appointed room, lovely patio to sit out and enjoy the weather, welcoming and helpful staff, and a fabulous breakfast. We will definitely be return guests!

My husband and I visit Prescott several times a year. We usually go with a chain hotel that we find for the best rate online, but this time we decided to try "the cute little B&B" we drove by last time. We had a very delightful stay and found the proprietors to be very nice and welcoming. We look forward to another visit in the future!

We had spent Thanksgiving 2011 at the Inn. I have a tendency to think something was better than it was but this time my memory was spot on. This B&B is amazing. Dawn and Lisa are wonderful Innkeepers. My daughter and I both have food allergies and we usually get limited menu options. Not here,,,,Dawn makes sure we get the same flavorful food as the others. Speaking of the breakfast, I am always amazed at the creativity of the food. The granola is homemade, the syrup is a special recipe and the pancakes with apples we ate today were amazing. The quiche we had yesterday was so flavorful and the pear/apple/yogurt dish was so unique. I can't imagine how they keep this menu new every day. Believe it or not, I am not a breakfast eater. I would rather stay in bed for an extra hour of sleep than eat but not at this Inn. But, speaking of staying in bed an extra hour, the rooms are so quaint. The decor is different in every suite. They have impeccable taste to make you feel comfortable. This time it was our 20th anniversary. I wanted to listen to the wind in the trees and just relax. The grounds at the Inn allow just that. Whether it is swinging in the hammock or the bench swing, sitting under the tree beside the BBQ or on your front porch, the well kept grounds welcome relaxation. We are making our plans for Thanksgiving 2012. This time we want to share this treasure with our parents. We found the gem in Prescott.

We got married at Prescott Pines in May 2008 and come back each year for our anniversary (except for one year when we had an out-of-state business trip during "our" weekend). We love the changes that Dawn and Lisa have made to the Inn. We were initially drawn to the Inn in 2007 because of the location, decorating style, coziness. From the friendly inn-keepers/owners, to the beautifully decorated rooms, to the peaceful patio and garden setting down below, to the delicious multi-course breakfast, to the graciousness of the hosts - we love everything about Prescott Pines and will continue to come back each year for our anniversary. Dawn & Lisa surprised us with chocolates and sparkling cider for our anniversary, along with a special placecard. We plan on visiting during other seasons of the year. We stay in Heather each year and love the 4-poster bed and cozy fireplace and kitchen sitting area. Dawn took time to give us a tour of each of the inn's rooms, explaining the decorating changes she made. We can tell that this journey of B&B ownership has brought great joy to both her and Lisa - Dawn has such an easy-going, joyful personality. Lisa, we look forward to meeting you on our next visit.
If you're looking for a special time away, this is your place. We "ditto" all the great comments made by other guests. We really look forward to our next visit! Dawn and Lisa, you're doing a fantastic job! Blessings to you both. Susan and Jeff

I cannot say enough good things about this Bed & Breakfast. If you are looking for a clean place to stay, a warm and friendly atmosphere, great food and absolutely wonderful hosts and staff, then this is the place for you.

Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were celebrating my husbands birthday, and several little touches like a bottle of Sparkling Cider & Chocolates waiting for us in the room started off our stay with a special feeling. They also called ahead to make dinner reservations for us and we arrived to more Happy Birthday greetings at the restaurant. It was such a nice surprise for them to inform the restaurant.

This is our new favorite spot, and plan to come back often. I already know that it will feel like visiting old friends again. A great big Thank You to all of you at Prescott Pines Inn Bed and Breakfast. for making our stay and husbands birthday so special!
