My husband and I were travelling for the weekend to Prescott for a square dance festival. We love B and B's so we jumped on the chance to stay here. Much more reasonable than most of the hotels and motels in price and the breakfasts were to die for. The entire property is well maintained, extremely clean, and well worth the trip. We will be back for sure!

Room Tip: oops, i rated a swimming pool and there isn't one...

Thank you, Rick, for the glowing review! We were so happy to be part of your anniversary celebration and hope you found the setting relaxing. We have just now finished adding the gazebo and lower lawn area, and hope you will return to enjoy it all!

Very wonderful accommodations in an excellent location close to historic Prescott but quiet, nice room with fireplace and kitchenette. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept and are constantly being improved. There are several places in the garden/patio area to sit and enjoy the quiet, read a book, listen to birds, chat with other guests, or sit on the porch of your own guest house. The breakfasts are amazing! We will recommend the Prescott Pines Inn B&B to others, and hope to return again in the future.

Greetings Blaine! So glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Prescott makes a great "base camp" for exploring Northern Arizona, with daytrips to Jerome, Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and of course, exploring our hometown of Prescott with all its natural beauty, museums, shopping and dining. Hope to see you again next year!

For the second year in a row, my husband and I have spent our anniversary in Prescott at this awesome B&B. Last year we were in a Patio Guest House room, the Delphinium, this year we spent two fabulous nights in a Cedar Guest House room, Heather. Each room has its own unique personality, but each one is beautiful, cozy and oh, so comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we felt as if we received VIP treatment. Innkeeper Dawn is welcoming, friendly, helpful, kowledgeable and an incredible gourmet cook; she made the best breakfasts we have ever experienced at a B&B. Our room was perfect for our special time together, quiet and spacious but still cozy and private. Although we didn't do much cooking while we were there, we loved having a refrigerator, microwave, sink, plates, silverware and wineglasses available for our use. The Inn is conveniently located just minutes from Prescott's Courthouse Plaza, historic Whiskey Row and the Sharlot Hall Museum. There is a reason this B&B has won awards and been named the #1 B&B in Prescott, if you want pampering, this is the place to stay. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: The website has information and pictures of every room. Don't worry about road noise in the roo...

We enjoyed the property and our newly remodeled English Rose room. Everything was new and fresh. We much appreciated the kitchenette with the various k-cup selections. We had help getting the power to the television which happens when the light switch is "on". Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed dining with the other guests at the Inn. There is a short walking trail not far from the Inn which is worth discovering. Safeway is close by and the Inn itself is located close to Prescott's downtown. The staff was attentive and friendly.

We just returned from our third stay in The Lodge at Prescott Pines Inn Bed and Breakfast. We are a group of 8 women who have taken spring and fall get-away trips together for over 30 years. Our last three get-aways have been to Prescott Pines Inn Bed and Breakfast. The Lodge is clean, comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms are extremely well-equipped ... meeting all the needs of 8 women is quite an accomplishment ... and the Prescott Pines Inn Bed and Breakfast does this extremely well. There are many fun and interesting things to do in the Prescott area. It is a pleasure to recommend the Prescott Pines Inn Bed and Breakfast!

Room Tip: The Lodge is a wonderful option for a group of 8 women!

We spent 3 nights at the Prescott Pines Inn B&B and throughly enjoyed it. We were booked for 2 night's and asked for a 3rd night's stay.
The breakfasts were amazing, and our room was very well appointed. We were in the Larkspur and the kingsize bed was very comfortable. There was a O/S patio area with a BBQ and seating and a heater for guests to enjoy.
The owners were very helpful in advising where to eat (actually making our dinner reservations), and what to see & do.
Overall our trip to Prescott was very memorable.

Hello Janice, and thanks so much for staying with us. We loved having your group here on the property and were delighted you extended your stay with us. Check our website often as new photos appear of the new and improved creekside landscaping area and gazebo seating. Hope to see you again down this way!
