This oldish property is very good in several ways: the rooms are spacious and quiet, everything is very clean, and the included breakfast is wonderful. Sadly, the breakfast hours are from 6 a.m. to only 9 a.m., even on weekends. It would be much more customer-friendly to serve until at least 9:30 or 10 a.m. They also have some infrastructure problems that will cause us to look elsewhere on our next visit to Prescott: the water pressure is very, very low, and the toilets are the small, cheapie "plebe" variety which are very uncomfortable for men to use. Some sort of snafu at the front desk caused us not to have any room service on our first (of four) day, but clean towels were available at the front desk.

Room Tip: Look elsewhere.

We usually stay on the outskirts of town, but we were looking for something a little more convenient. I can’t say this really filled the bill – it is not quite walking distance to the shops and restaurants, especially at night – but it is only a couple minutes’ drive, and being off-season, we had no trouble parking.

There was nothing fancy about our room, but it was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, which is about all you can expect at the price. The bathroom was modern and well kept up. The motel was not full so it’s hard to judge, but we had no problem with noise.

Breakfast was excellent, not just jazzed up continental, but hot dishes as well. There is a Mexican restaurant on the premises. We didn’t try it as we had our hearts set on Murphy’s for dinner, but if they provided the salsa at breakfast, I suspect it’s pretty good.

Again, nothing fancy, but we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here next time we are in town.

We have an annual golf outing in Prescott up from Phoenix. Our experience from the booking of the rooms to the check-in, the accommodations and check out were excellent. We enjoyed the family run Mexican restaurant on the property. It saved us from having to fight traffic in downtown. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a nice variety to please everyone. The spa was a nice treat after a long day on the links. Clean and perfect temperature. We will definitely stay here again. Allen and his staff do an excellent job.

Have stayed here a couple of times prior. Clean rooms, older in style and decor. Laundry facility. Friendly staff. Not the worst Best Western stay ever, but not the best either. For a night or two I would recommend.

We werevery pleased with our large ground floor rm (rm 127). At theback of the prolperty with access to an open field to walk the dog. Hot breakfast eggs; sausage; cinnamon rolls; bagels; cereals; milk; OJ; apple juice; coffee; tea and yogurt. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plan to
stay again.

Room Tip: If you are not traveling with pet, I think i would also like the view from the rooms on the left sid...

All around good experience. Comfortable beds, nice linens, great shower, very clean room(detailed), and helpful pleasant staff. We too had a little trouble with the lights but it was OUR mistake-controlled by wall switch. We travel with a dog-but everyone including the maid(who had to clean the room) was friendly + supportive. Huge lighted field nrby which they even grate now and then. Brkfast is quite good and not just snacks, plenty of variety. Staff really tries their best. Nice location. Quiet. A+

Room Tip: If you travel with pet-may want to choose room back nr the field, ground floor.

We got in very early Friday morning-about 1:30 AM. Very friendly and helpful staff speedily checked us in. Parking lot was full. We got a second floor room, hoofed all our stuff up the stairs, no elevator. Room was nice, clean and sweet smelling. Comfortable beds, what's not to like at 1:30 AM after traveling for 4hours? Got up, noticed bedside lamp didn't work. Oh well, moving on. Nice hot breakfast, good hot shower, heater light in the shower area, nice touch. Friendly maids, spoke English and looked me in the eye. Nice. Out all day visiting our son at his university, came back to the room after dinner to relax, unwind. Room nicely made up. Turned on the heater to 62 degrees-didn't want it to be too cold in the morning. Fell asleep. Big mistake. Woke up to a choking 81 degrees in the room at about midnight. Nothing we could do regulated the crazy thermostat. Finally, we unplugged the stupid thing and opened up all the windows and doors to let out all the hot air! Thank goodness, that didn't take too long. Never figured out the thermostat. The rate was 89.00 for Thursday, and 120.00 for Saturday. It wasn't the Taj Mahal, but it was decent and clean. However for the money we paid, I expect everything to work without a hitch. Would I stay there again? It's possible. I would have given a "Very Good" if everything worked-I didn't even try the TV.
