Family owned and operated, fantastic breakfasts, with great value for the money. Low cost beer and wine-- This is on our "go-to" eating out list!

“Reminds me of Cheers”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 March 2014

This is a small Mexican American family run restaurant. Very inexpensive, but very good. Always made to feel welcome. Portions are very large. Consistently A rated by the Health Dept. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try the pancakes, best I have ever had, short stack (2) which cover the plate, for $3.50. Or the breafast burrito, enough for two, for $ 7.00. Enchiladas, tacos, hamburgers, etc. All large portions and very good and inexpensive. Or try a dinner, like an 8 oz. rib eye, $ 11, comes with a salad Texas toast, and potato, ( ff or baked) and cooked the way you like it, and is really at least 10 oz. Specials every day. A real treat and a great surprise. Happy hour $1.50 beers. Try it, you'll like it.

“Worth a visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 September 2012

This is a family-owned restaurant that has been in Queen Creek for ages. I've only been there for lunch a few times and enjoyed my order each time. However, they are known for their breakfasts. Personnel are friendly, the food is good, portions are ample, and prices are very reasonable. My husband and I prefer to eat here rather than Queen Creek Cafe - in the next block.

“Outstanding Breakfast”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 July 2012

Ok lets start out by saying if you like your restaurants to be pretty and polished, chain crap, this isn't the place for you. This is an old school diner type place, with a southwestern style of food. I have been for lunch a couple of times, but breakfast is whats really good here. Chicken fried steak is particularly good, and the Chorizo is fantastic. Outstanding food, and good portions.
