We began our food tour here. Food was yummy and service was great. Would love to come back and try other items on their menu.

In town with colleagues for the art walk and stopped to enjoy a glass of wine at the bar. Good selection, albeit pricey.

went here for lunch day before a family wedding.Sat inside because it was to warm to sit outside which is very unusual for someone from Ireland. It was not very busy so we got great attention from our server. Two chefs were cooking our food and it was all cooked fresh.

We ate here on a Tuesday during our spring break trip (last week of March). There were only 2 or 3 other groups dining while we were there.
Pros: Outdoor seating has a nice ambience (overhead lighting, yellow tables, etc), the cheese board was delicious and fun to share with our family of four, the Poke bowl with Ahi Tuna was delicious.
Cons: Our waitress took our order and brought us drinks but then that was last time we saw her until she cleared our plates. The Chef brought us our entrees and then had to refill our waters and drinks. It distracted us from our meal because we had empty glasses that weren't cleared and then empty waters that weren't being refilled.
(Message to owner: Hire more experienced servers and a hostess. There were about 6 or 7 groups that walked up to the restaurant and walked away because there was no staff around. I'm sure if a hostess or at least an energetic server was nearby, they could have convinced several of the groups to dine).

Maybe handling the 2 large tables of people who ordered right before us impacted our experience?

Inside the restaurant it was very warm (open kitchen shares the same room as the inside tables) so we elected to sit outside. The outdoor space was quiet, located back from the street. The wait staff was friendly and they shared the responsibility of the tables. Perhaps that’s necessary in such a small restaurant but it became confusing when we would ask for something from one person and shortly after that another server would come by and ask if everything was ok. We would then repeat our request letting them know we had already asked someone.

As for the food….. The Burrata Parmigiana Eggplant dish was very good but a little salty. The Salmon Pasta dish was also very good – tender pasta with a slight ‘bite’ and lightly coated with lemony sauce, but the asparagus was sparse. My husband’s Vegetable Lasagna, although light and flavorful was closer to room temperature than hot. It came with a smear of red sauce on the plate so he asked for more and they brought him a small amount of cold (i.e. out of the refrigerator cold) sauce.
