As per other reviews - it is a small museum. Do not plan on spending a whole day here. Our outing was on a free day and we just wanted out of the house in a cool place on a hot summer day. That said, the venue is nice, clean. Parking was easy and free. I can see it being a nice outing in cooler weather when you can hang out around the whole arts center area. Some of the art was odd - some of it interesting and even humorous. The SUBURBIA photo exhibit was great! Very interesting for anyone - we enjoyed it because we 'remember when' our kids enjoyed seeing 'how weird' we were back in the day. All in all a pleasant free outing - nothing spectacular, but not boring at all either!

Scottsdale Center is a great place to see a show.
There are no bad seats in the place. Seating is such that someone seated in front of you would need to be ten feet tall to impede your view.
The acoustics are very good.
Our experience is that the variety of entertainment is excellent. There is usually something for everyone available from Broadway to Country and most stops along the way.
The gift store has a nice variety of items to peruse for purchase. We like to go to the Catwalk Lounge when it is open. It is not open for every event only selected ones. $10 will get you a drink of your choice, often there are drink specials, and munchies to boot and in a comfortable environment where people watching is the show. You must have a separate ticket for the Catwalk Lounge.
As with every theater pricing ranges from moderate to pricey depending on the show.
We love the place.

We visited recently for Ballet Folklorico from Brazil. The show was excellent and the venue is wonderful. Purchased tickets online and a view of the stage from those seats is offered to help you choose. We are going back again soon for another show. The lobby is a bit of a disappointment as it offers very little while waiting for the doors to open.
