“Humongous Portions”
Reviewed 26 February 2014

Basically a cafeteria style restaurant serving huge portions. They have daily special entrees for each day of the week. Food is wholesome and somewhat under seasoned which is fine for us as we find many restaurants tend to over salt the food. We were there for lunch and a smaller soup and sandwich is available for $10. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can view their menu at www.miraclemiledeli.com. It is situated in the Scottsdale Promenade Mall.

“Remember way-back-when....”
Reviewed 26 February 2014

...the owners were just kids working behind the counter in Park Central (if y ou can remember that far back). I do and I've never been disappointed in the past 30+ years. This is truly a landmark restaurant and the food is out-of-this world and you'll need help carrying your tray to the table! Try a "Straw on Onion Roll" and you'll see what I mean. Also all those "home cooked style foods like meatloaf, roast chicken, beef stew, corned beef and cabbage....yummy! As they say, "try it, you'll like (love) it"!

“Consistently good food”
Reviewed 20 October 2013

We've eaten at both locations in Phoenix/Scottsdale as well as the now closed location in Coronado, CA and all are/were consistently very good. Especially LOVE the straw sandwich! The restaurant is spotless; employees a bit "gruff" but helpful. Portions are very generous. Overall, great comfort food!

“Extremely average”
Reviewed 18 October 2013

Had high hopes after reading the reviews. I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheddar on wheat. The turkey and wheat were fine. THe cheddar was American. The tomatoes were under ripe. Mayo and mustard in packets upon request. My son ordered a hot dog. It came rom a microwave. This isn't a "bad" restaurant. Think golden coral. Cheap and plentiful.

“New twist for fast food”
Reviewed 28 June 2013

Sometimes I get tired of the same burger routine when looking for fast food, and just want a nice sandwich. The Miracle Mile in Scottsdale, delivered just that. I had the veggie wrap and it was very good. Made with a good selection of fresh vegetables, and wrapped in a tortilla,it was more than enough. I opted for sit down service, you still go through the line to order, but you can get it to go. I was most impressed when my lunch was served, the waiter asked if I wanted him to take it back to redo because the top of the tortilla had split...wow! Overall the place was very clean and all the sandwiches looked very good.
