By far the best quality and presentation in the Southwest, followed closely by the Saturday Ritz Carlton Tea. The lounge is extremely bright, and the servers are most welcoming. We attended on a Sunday, undoubtedly the busiest Tea day of the week. However, we were immediately seated and the tea blends were explained to us. It was obvious families were attending to mark special occasions, the patrons were all dressed in their Sunday best.

The asparagus sandwiches are unbelievable. We had taken tea a year before, and were sure those delicacies would disappear. Happily, they were as tender and flavorful as memory served.

The scones were light, the curd and preserves were fresh. The savory sandwiches included the usual suspects, egg, salmon, and chicken salad. All were lightly spiced and excellent.

Any future trips to Phoenix will surely include the Phoenician Tea.

I brought my little girl to the Phoenician for her first real "Tea Party" for her Birthday. The entire experience was amazing. Not only was the food and tea delicious but the staff went out of their way to make sure she was recognized on her special day. They brought her a desert with a candle and played her Happy Birthday on the piano. Thanks to the Phoenician, we were able to create a fabulous Birthday memory for her that I hope she will always cherish.

Surprised my wife with Afternoon Tea at the Phoenician this weekend. It was her first time there; she loved it....talked about it the rest of the weekend.
Service was friendly and courteous. Food was excellent. Staff helped with special dietary needs.
Great view!
We especially enjoyed the pianist, Dwight. He is an exceptional talent.

Highly recommend for a special occasion or just want a relaxing break.

At this much taunted and highly regarded resort, tried to have a late lunch but the restaurant instead was serving the afternoon tea (at 3:10 pm). Was directed to the adjacent bar and did not regret it. Ordered a Mojito and it was probably one of the best I had the pleasure to drink, just perfect; ordered a second one with Korean pork barbecue sliders and they were also great, with just the right amount of spicy sauce, tender meat and crispy buns.
The barman was extremely pleasant and was complimented for his excellent service.

I have had tea in many many places all over the world and the Phoenician is by far the best for service, selection, atmosphere and quality, I tell that to many people. Last week I had the pleasure of having afternoon tea once again at the Phoenician, and as usual it was absolute perfection. My friend and I were there to celebrate the life of a dear friend whom has joined us there for tea many times. We were greeted by Wanda, who inquired about our friend and when told of her passing Wanda's eyes welled up with tears. She seated us at our usual table and then appeared with a rose for each of us saying , "Your friend always brought you roses." We shared with her a few of our experiences as she served us our tea, a picture of our friend propped up beside us. At the end of our tea we asked Wanda if she would like the picture of our friend and she teared up again and gratefully took it. Such attention to the details about the patrons is rarein our instant quick serve society and Wanda is an expert at this.
