Some friends and I were real excited when we first found out about Octane Raceway. When we arrived we noticed the facility to be very new and inviting so we thought we had made a great choice to go racing. After purchasing race passes (and a bunch of other stuff you need to do to actually "race") we got into our karts and couldn't help but notice how negative everybody running the actual race track was. They seemed to be more interested in pointing and shouting no bumping every 10 seconds over trying to help everybody have a good experience. Some drivers would even question the employees after the race to find out what was done wrong and no explanation was given. Even the slightest of nudges resulted in a "No bumping!" from a employee. Customer service definitely seems to not be at the forefront at this facility nor is racing. They are just looking to take your money.
