The gps takes you to another location. The menu is interesting and varied. Good “meat” dishes. Had a great steak.

I used to like this place and I keep returning for the happy hours and for business dinners in the dining room. This time we were four for a short late-night dinner. Our server managed to bring the wrong wine, forget the starters, and book the wrong shares on the credit cards (we wanted half of the bill on one and one quarter on each of the two others). My guests from out of town were surprised because usually I bring them to professional places, which the Fork used to be.

Four of us had dinner at Roaring Fork for the first time in years and it is as great as ever. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, there is bar seating and a very large restaurant area with tables and booths, and two patios. We had dinner on a patio, we were very comfortable with heaters, it was quiet enough to talk and the 50's and 60's music was at the right level. Service by Alex was great and we all loved our meals. Drinks were lemon drop martinis (just OK, kind of sweet, we asked for additional lemon wedges to cut the sweetness) and a good house margarita. Each couple shared a date, goat cheese & arugula salad which were split in the kitchen, delicious and very generous. Two of us had the trout, which was outstanding, grilled perfectly with a very light sauce and a few capers, and a grilled lemon which added nicely, served with perfectly crisp green beans and sauteed onions. One had blacked snapper which was great, served with quinoa - pronounced the best my partner ever had - and a grilled tomato. The other had short ribs with horseradish mashed potatoes, also great. Everything about the experience was thoroughly enjoyable.

We met some friends we had not connected with in a year due to different geographic locations. When we decided on Roaring Fork, it did not disappoint. The food was great, good service and great selection of drinks. This was our first time there, and we will definitely return.
