“Spring rolls the best, but....”
Reviewed 10 December 2013

If you want a fast lunch, either sit-down or take-out go here. Ordered spring rolls separate from the lunch special and they were the best of the whole meal. They were fresh and had a pleasant crunchy versus soft texture with a few shrimp added. The egg drop soup was nondescript and not worth finishing after taking a bite. We ordered the Kung Pao and Thai BBQ chicken. . We won't order the BBQ chicken again...not a lot of meat and quite tough. The Kung Pao was okay. But if you want a more professionally prepared Thai meal, (but less portion for the $), then pop over to Takeda Thai, not far from Thai House. The difference in the actual 'brick and mortar' is that Thai House is in a small modern mall, whereas Takeda Thai is in an older, funky mall. We've found that sometimes 'funky' can give us the biggest surprises in our constant search for food that suits our taste buds.

“Excellent Thai in Scottsdale at affordable price”
Reviewed 3 December 2013

We had a nice meal with friends. The appetizer spring rolls were tasty with a hint of mint. The green curry chicken was very nice. My wife had the chicken satay which was a nice appetizer. Our friend had the kung pao chicken and she enjoyed it. Didn't try the Thai tea but it looked creamy (about 50% like and about 50% don't like that style of tea). Would recommend for a nice calm dining experience. The portions are big and you won't leave feeling hungry. You might even leave with a to-go box.

“Excellent!”
Reviewed 9 November 2013

We wanted to find a good Thai restaurant after having great Thai food in LasVegas and Springdale, UT during our recent trip. We read the reviews on the Thai House (Scottsdale) very close to where we live. It has a nice decor simple without clutter and smelled wonderful when we walked in. We were seated immediately and ordered our drinks. We started with the rice paper shrimp Spring Rolls (not fried) with a great peanut sauce, WONDERFUL. We decided to have several appetizers as our dinner and enjoyed the Chicken Satay next, chicken was tender and moist with a slightly different peanut sauce and ended with the Tom KaGai soup - so delicious! Service was very attentive, food fabulous, we will be back!

“Good food. Good price”
Reviewed 13 September 2013

We always try to find a Thai restaurant in any new town we visit that is off the beaten path.
This one fit the bill. It felt like an authentic place and the food was plentiful and tasty. Price was also very reasonable. With had traditional thai food and we had the option for how hot/spicy we wanted. In the end it was all good. Not a fancy place by the way in case you're looking for that type of environment.

“Good Food & Reasonable.”
Reviewed 18 July 2013

My wife & I had lunch on July 18, 2013. We were promptly greeted at the door as well as a table. We reviewed the menu and decided on the lunch menu which was $6.95. How could we pass it up.
The food was good, had prompt service and the price very reasonable.

If you like Thai food you should enjoy this establishment. Thai food is often very "hot" but you are offered a "spiciness range" of 1 through 5.

Yes we will eat there again.
