We ate here for lunch in May as we were staying next door at Gainey Suites Hotel. We eat often at Panera Bread in Minnesota and thought there must be a connection as the menu and signage are the same. The food was very good, but the ordering system is odd. You order from an employee, who fills out a form by hand, make your way down the line while other employees in front of you get any soup/salad, and then pay at the end of the line. But the cashier is also attempting to complete takeout orders and so the line moves very slowly. I went back just for a coffee and had to wait about 10 minutes in the line to get to the cashier, and finally they opened up another till. The system at Panera Bread is much quicker where you order and pay at the counter, take a pager, and then pick up your food at another counter when the pager vibrates.
