“Fantastic!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 July 2014 via mobile

New to the area & had a birthday dinner to celebrate...we couldn't have chosen a better place! We started with drinks & the charred edamame in the bar area. The drinks were all delicious, but the edamame was other wordly! I don't know what they put on it, but it was addictively good!! We move to the restaurant for dinner. We ordered the Crispy Kale salad (good), Hawaiian fish (can't remember the name), flat steak special & Brussels sprouts with pork belly. Everything was wonderful...the fish was really good, the steak flavorful & tender...but the Brussels sprouts were incredible & such a unique flavor! Ordered a bottle of wine & the night was perfect. Our waitress was great - relaxed yet friendly & professional. Prices were high, but worth it for the food & service. For us, it will be a place for special occasions.

“Spectacular, creative, delicious”

The food is really special -- very creative with an Asian touch; the environment and views are utterly beautiful, and the service is excellent. A true pleasure.

“Should be #1 in Scottsdale!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 May 2014 via mobile

After a week of sampling some of the best rated restaurants in Scottsdale, I am baffled why this is not #1. I think the name (Elements or Sanctuary at Camelback) may have split reviews. BY FAR OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT! Everything we ordered was memorable, amazing and the artistry of food combination was genius. The view was secondary to the food. Most knowledgeable waiter we ever encountered explained how each dish was created. Dinner for 2 with cocktails and dessert cost us $220 and we work hard for our money but This was so worth it! Lobster and crab tacos, pork chop, escargot, everything we ate was heaven.

“Fantastic food, views, and service!”

We stumbled upon Elements while visiting the Scottsdale area. So glad we did and could get a reservation for our preferred dining time! Right off the bat, the hostess was very pleasant as she directed us to our table. Our group started with a few cocktails that were literally out of this world! We started with the elemental soup, which was probably the best soup I've ever had! The Duncan farms beets, also delicious. For the main course I went for the chicken dish. Wow! Although stuffed, we went for dessert anyways.Very nice as well. Every course was filled with amazing flavors and were properly cooked to our liking. Props to the chef and the Elements crew. Don't miss this one in AZ!

“Good food, gorgeous views”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 April 2014

Elements restaurant at the Sanctuary resort in Scottsdale sits atop Camelback mountain overlooking Paradise Valley. The best time to go is late in the day so you can enjoy cocktails on the balcony and watch the sun go down. For dinner, we had the Elements soup of the day which was a very delicate Lobster bisque. I then had a honey crunch salad followed by an ahi tuna tartar. We topped off dinner with a chocolate covered orange slices and cappuchino. The service was excellent.
