We enjoyed our five night stay in January. The suite was spacious and comfortable, which you would expect for this high price. Noise was not a problem. The staff was friendly and helpful. I agree with other reviews that the linens were of mediochre quality. We were pleased to find that the restaurant was quite good. We chose this hotel for its location, and were very satisfied with that. We had not been to Old Town Scottsdale before, and the hotel and its quiet neighborhood is excellent for that.

The hotel was very nice. We had a quiet room which was very spacious. A door separating the bedroom and living room was nice. There were also 2 entrances to the bathroom. If you were traveling with others it would be nice. The bathroom sink area was rather limited on space. I just put my things in drawers in the bedroom. The shower was very close to the toilet and the bathtub was in its own spacious room. Nice, but poorly configured wasted space. The cleaning staff was excellent and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant and drinks out near the fire in the evening. The big negative were the children out by the pool yelling and screaming. You can't really blame the hotel, but the parents should have had a little more respect for other people trying to vacation. I had earbuds which solved my issue, others weren't as lucky. I would stay here again. The location was close to everything you could want in Old Town. We never had to use the car.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the elevator.

Very friendly staff, amenities good. I'm not a budget traveler, but also not a 5-star man. Thought this location lived up to the price, even one that was up a bit because of spring training. There's a great patio to enjoy when the weather is nice (was just there in March).

We have stayed here many times over the past 15 years. Great location, excellent staff & nice public areas. However, the rooms are really in need of a makeover. The beds are badly worn and extremely uncomfortable. The sheets are of K-Mart quality and the towels are thin enough to see through. Housekeeping is below Marriott standards and ignored repeated written requests for more towels. We will look elsewhere when we return next year for Spring Training.

Very nice rooms, however I think most are king beds with some having a pull out in living area. Very spacious if you are on with that. Great staff, great service, wonderful breakfast buffet and lovely outdoor area for relaxing with fire pits. Very easy walk to Scottsdale stadium- right through Old Town, huge plus! Excellent restaurants all around you. I would stay here again.

We were in town for a business meeting held at this hotel. All aspects were professionally handled to our full satisfaction, and we're a pretty picky crew. Good staff, meeting rooms, technical support for phone and internet, great rooms, food and beverage service, etc. All in all a four-star experience. For five you'd have to go to something at double the price. I'll stick with the Marriott.

Rooms are huge. Had a good size balcony overlooking the pool. So close to everything for Spring Training, and in a great area of town. Walkable to an adorable area filled with restaurants, cafes and shops. Can't comment on the price, but breakfast was expensive.
