We stayed there for a weekend and you cannot find a better place, atmossphere or hospitality. The gentlemans cowboy room is fantastic!!!! Irith and Sam were the best hosts. And breakfeast was a treat to behold. We will only be staying in this B&B from now on!!! We have told all our friends and family, you will too..... Dan & Julie Jacobson

This B&B was an amazing, relaxing, romantic weekend when we needed one most. The B&B itself is very tastefully decorated with a fun artistic flare as well as with classic appointments and beautiful flowers surround it. The rooms are large and clean and maintained daily by staff. Our breakfasts were delicious and inventive, including homemade breads and original breakfast dishes. The afternoon snack is the perfect pick-me-up before evening activities. The hosts, Sam & Irith, are deeply informative and helpful about making the most of a Sedona vacation. They provided a visual layout, recommendations of art, food and services, as well as the phone calls to make reservations. These are lovely, cultured, caring people who understand that it's the little things that make a big difference. I have already recommended the place to half a dozen people and will not stop there. We will be back!

*So* much to say about Boots & Saddles and our stay in Sedona. First, the "Bed" (/Room) component was absolutely perfect; complete comfort, spectacular amenities, and, best of all a telescope to observe the crystal clear Sedona skies. Sam & Irith pay such incredible attention to detail. Re; the "Breakfast" component; Sam's breakfasts are fit for royalty and are absolutely out-of-this world. The man is an artist with an incredible passion for food.

In addition, our hosts went way above & beyond the call of duty to make sure every single aspect of our stay was perfect; They briefed us on the local cuisine, booked reservations for us, and, based upon what we communicated to them as far as what we were interested in doing during our stay (mainly shopping), guided us to all the right spots & activities.

There's so much more to say, but suffice it to say Boots & Saddles is *the* place to spend some peaceful and/or romantic times in Sedona, and Sam & Irith are the most wonderful 'sherpas' in the Arizona desert!

This was the first time I had actually come to Sedona to stay, I had always come for day visits. Boy was this a treat! Irith and Sam were wonderful hosts and very helpful. Irith helped figure out where to dine and made the reservations for me! She recommended and organized the jeep ride which was an outstanding choice, I highly recommend that you go on the tour. The rooms were very CLEAN and wonderfully decorated. The afternoon snacks were just enough before dinner and always quite tasty! But the breakfasts, WOW!! Highly delicious for the eyes and the palate! We stayed two nights and never had the same thing twice. Sam is a wonderful chef with very creative ideas and menus! Very gourmet! Thank you so much for the relaxing time. We will definately be back again and for all my friends and family, I will recommend Boots and Saddles!

This was our first trip out west, and we "hit the jackpot" by selecting Sedona! This is truly a place of beauty, serenity and, most of all, hospitality.

My husband and I experienced the true genuine hospitality of our innkeepers, Sam and Irith. We stayed a full week and left there feeling as if we had stayed with friends. No "touristy" feeling here. We feel blessed to have met them. Sam and Irith go out of their way to make your stay stress free. They graciously helped us coordinate our plans and gave perfect advice. They are so genuine with the hospitality they provide, it is easy to forget they are running a business. Their passion for what they do truly shines!

We stayed in the Gentleman Cowboy room which had magnificent views of Thunder Mountain; both from inside the room and outside on the patio. At night you could almost reach out and touch the stars. We even saw shooting stars! (How romantic from the beautiful hot tub!)

The rooms were well appointed with unique, one-of-a-kind decorations. The bed is oh so comfortable with heavenly pillows and soft luxurious linens! Truly home away from home. No need to bring your own pillow here!

Upon arrival, Irith personally escorted us to our room with helpful explanations on using the hot tub, the spacious in room two-person jetted tub, flashlight location, refrigerator, etc. We never felt rushed and were always relaxed by Irith's aura of tranquility.

Trust me when I say, you will not be hungry all day after enjoying one of Sam's beautifully presented and delicious breakfasts! They never repeated themselves and were almost too pretty to eat! Afternoon snacks were ideal after a day of hiking! Fresh lemonade, homemade hummus, trail mix, and oh yes, Sam's yummy chocolate chunk cookies were always in abundance! No repeats here either.

Enjoy Sedona, take in the beauty of it, and always listen to Sam! You will not be disappointed at Boots and Saddles Inn. We can't wait to go back!

We celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary at "Boots and Saddles" and felt as if we were spoiled and pampered every day. It was our first time at a bed and breakfast and was a gift from our children and their spouses to us. It was peaceful, quiet, and serene and we felt as if we were in our own little world - yet when we wanted to go out, Irith and Sam were there with ideas, places and even pulling a few strings to make reservations for us. This is the place to go for the "ultimate" home away from home vacation. Sam creates fabulous breakfasts and the hospitality of Irith and Sam is wonderful. Don't miss out!

Boots and Saddles was the best B&B that my husband and I ever stayed in. The innkeekeers, Sam and Irirth, are wonderful hosts and provide all the needs and luxury any guest could want. They will give you all the information you need regarding your stay in Sedona as they are well informed about what to do, where to eat, etc...

No skimping here! The breakfasts are delicious, creative, and satisfying. The rooms are immaculate. The hot tub outside was romantic and the jacuzzi in our room was very relaxing after a long day sightseeing. There were so many special touches to this place that made it so memorable.
The snacks in the early evening were great! I almost hate to give too much away so as I don't spoil it for you if you choose Boots and Saddles as your B&B....As far as I am concerned...if you do not know where to stay in beautiful Sedona, look no further!
