Loved every minute of this superb B and B: excellent breakfasts, breathtaking views, wonderful hosts...and....black-chinned hummingbirds everywhere, so close you can hear them chirp. Don't think of staying anywhere except here, when you come to Sedona.

My husband and I have a reputation for doing our homework when we plan a vacation, and our trip to Sedona was no exception. After a lot of digging, we chose the Sedona Views B&B. They did not have one room that was available for the full week we were going to be in town (last week of May 2014), but Sam offered up a great alternative...and booked us for three nights in Sedona Serenade and another four in Sweet Dreams.

Sedona Serenade was the perfect room! It is the most private in the place, and the patio has a great view and it's own hummingbird feeder. The hummingbirds are non-stop and we were able to take tons of pictures from just two feet away...so cute! We were sad to leave that room due to the privacy of the patio...but Sweet Dreams is the second most private room and deck. It was a much larger room with plenty of room to spread out.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything in both rooms was just perfect.

The real highlight of our stay was breakfast! We stay in B&Bs on most of our trips and I have to say that breakfast at Sedona Views was one of the best if not the best we've ever had. Absolutely gourmet and so delicious. They alternate between serving a savory breakfast one day and something sweet the next. There was a "cowboy quiche" one day, baked in it's own little dish...it was so unique. One of the ingredients I think Sam said was hearts of palm. Delicious! Another day was a big breakfast burrito. I have had a lot of breakfast burritos in other places and this was the best ever. One of the sweet day entrees was a baked German apple pancake - wonderful. Each breakfast was essentially a three course meal...with a small starter of fruit or yogurt, then the entrée with sides of bacon or fried pastrami, and a massive slab of home baked toast. Endless coffee and juice and lots of great conversation both with our fellow guests and with Sam and Irit, our innkeepers. Each breakfast was really unique - nothing you've had before and so great!

We changed our daily hike and activity plans several times based on the breakfast conversation and tips we got from others...which is one of the big benefits of a B&B. We planned a day trip to the Grand Canyon while we were there and Sam gave us a laminated map and suggested stops along the way. We would never have come up with them on our own, but his suggestions made for a much better trip. We left early that day and missed breakfast, but they packed us a breakfast to go...with fruit and muffins and yogurt, juice, etc...all in its own little cooler.

Our stay happened to coincide with the forest fire dubbed the "slide fire"...and we were a bit nervous flying into AZ knowing our B&B was only six miles south of the fire. It all worked out however.

If we ever go back to Sedona we will go back to Sedona Views without question - this was the perfect B&B. I've been recommending it to anyone who will listen. Thanks Sam & Irith!

Room Tip: Sedona Serenade is the most private room and has the only completely private patio. Sweet Dreams is...

My wife and I stayed for four nights for our 20th Wedding Anniverary, and had an exceptional experience. Not being familiar with Sedona, Sam and Irith made our trip special, from excellent food recommendations and reservations, to local knowledge and advise about sites and trails. The room and amenities were first class, breakfast was prepared with love and a genuine interest in making every aspect memorable. It is rare to find people who really enjoy what they do and it shows at Sedona Views. We would highly recommend the experiece and plan to return.

My wife and I did a quick trip to Sedona and decided to stay at Sedona Views based on their reviews. We now understand why they are so highly rated. The Inn keepers are both friendly and responsive to our needs and requests. Dinner reservations were made on our behalf and although we were not able to partake in the breakfasts because of a busy tour schedule they made sure we had a nice breakfast in a bag ready to go. The room was very comfortable and the private hot tub on the deck made for a wonderful treat at the end of long day of sightseeing. The backyard was a perfect spot for a drink and some snacks. We would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with a private hot tub. A first floor room would have been more convenient althou...

My wife and I stayed here last year and had a fantastic time. So much so that we returned for another five nights this year. So now we've stayed in all five rooms. We'd reveal which is our favorite, but this is a highly debated topic. In fact, all the rooms are desirable! Unquestionably, this B & B remains peerless on account of its super hosts, Sam and Irith.

Our four nights a Sedona Views was very relaxing. So nice to have a large beautiful room with a private deck and spa. Beautifully decorated. Breakfasts were so yummy and we were given a to-go breakfast bag when we had to leave early on our last day. The best part of the stay is really Sam and Irith....they provide detailed information and maps on the best places to eat, shop and hike. Our time was well spent instead of trying to decide what we should do. Our room had a small fridge for the wine we purchased. Wine glasses and corkscrew were provided. So easy to park and get to your room....no long parking lot walks or parking fees!

What a wonderful change from your every day hotel! The accommodations were lovely! The views and the peaceful surroundings are amazing! Sam and Irith are gracious hosts, and you can instantly tell that they love what they do! They are also give a ton of information about the area. I personally enjoyed the privacy and quiet beauty of the area! Absolutely lovely! Thank you so much for the memories. We'll be back soon!
