“Comfy B&B in the perfect setting”

Don't stay anywhere else in Sedona. After I literally read every recommendation on places to stay in Sedona I decided to give Sedona Views a shot as I wanted a perfect place for my family vacation. And it certainly was. It's a little off the beaten path and not directly downtown, but well worth the sacrifice to drive the 3-5 minutes.

My entire family was thrilled with the views, breakfast, peaceful/scenic surroundings, comfortable beds and management. Candice, Sam and Irit were gracious hosts and provided excellent recommendations. They really have thought of everything from dvds for evening watching and binoculars for the views to good dinner suggestions and an awesome Grand Canyon tour recommendation. It's totally worth the money to stay here!

Sedona Views has to be the best B&B in the area. My wife and I stayed out there for 4 days in May for her birthday. Irith, Sam and Candyce are the most wonderful and inviting hosts and their advice on the area, especially the Kachina House Indian Art showroom is worth the visit. The breakfasts will leave your senses and your appetite way more than satisfied and give you that boost for working off while hiking so you can skip lunch and enjoy the snacks they leave for later. Their restaurant recommendations were all spot on. We stayed in Sweet Dreams and enjoyed the sunrise each morning as well as the sounds of the water features and then stayed in Morning Glory for 2 additional nights to enjoy the sunset's looking down towards Sedona. Each room has it's own unique vibe and artistry. Last but not least are the beds and pillows which are so fluffy and comfortable; they really make the Bed in B&B really mean something. We would definitely return again and recommend to our friends.

My fiance and I travel a lot, and we do a lot of research to find non-commercialized luxury accommodations in the places we visit. I read up on a majority of the hotels and inns before our 4 day stay in Sedona and after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor we settled on Sedona Views. There is a reason why their 5-star rating is 100%. This was the perfect place for us. Sam and Candyce were beyond accommodating, especially catering for my gluten and dairy allergy. We stayed in the sunrise-sunset room and it was amazing. The view was outstanding and having a private hot tub on our deck was ideal after a long hike. The room was immaculate and so quiet. We almost felt like we were the only people at the place! In addition to having all of these terrific amenities, its location was only seconds from town and provided secluded hiking opportunities-- literally by walking out the back door. I would highly recommend Sedona Views to anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet trip to Sedona.

My parents, husband, sister and brother-in-law took a long-weekend trip to Sedona to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. After a lot of research and great recommendations on Trip Advisor, we decided to stay at Sedona Views B&B. What a wonderful place! The location was quiet with beautiful views from our room on the red rocks of Sedona. The B&B was very cozy and extremely comfortable - great beds and sweet decor in the rooms. It seems like the management had thought of everything - each room had a private fireplace, outdoor jacuzzi, mini refrigerator, magazines on Sedona, and even binoculars to watch the numerous hummingbirds at the bird feeders. Breakfasts were homemade, absolutely delicious and very filling! We would go back there in a heartbeat.

Contrary to the two reviews that gave Sedona Views a four star, "very good" review, we highly disagree. This place made our visit and experience in Sedona a very memorable and enjoyable one.

There may be no sign on the road indicating the entrance but this is also a benefit because it maintains the privacy and seclusion of the location. Directions are easy to follow and we found it with absolutely no trouble at all.

Our room, the Sedona Serenade, was beautiful and we felt instant relaxation after our 10-hour travel time. Each room has as much furniture as necessary. Sedona is not the type of destination that you come to and lounge in your room the whole time. There are endless choices for outdoor activities-(more on that later). There may not have been a bath tub in our room, but who needs one when you have a personal hot tub on your own private deck! The hot tub was a definite plus after a day of hiking, biking, site seeing or shopping.

Breakfast..mmm. The variety of breakfasts we ate greatly exceeded our expectations. The portions were large enough to fuel us until late afternoon when snacks were available. The afternoon snacks were much appreciated seeing that this is, of course, a bed and breakfast where typically you would expect to be served breakfast only. On top of delicious breakfasts, they were very accommodating and would prepare alternate meals for people with food allergies/ food preferences. If you want a "bounty of breakfast breads and pastries, or tea cakes, wines and cheeses and fruits at any time available" (as one reviewer wrote) go to a resort. Again this is a B&B! There were plenty of grocery stores nearby where you can purchase your own bounty of wine and cheese to enjoy on your patio.

It was a beautiful property on the edge of town bordering the Red Rock National forest. Lush gardens and scenery surround this bed and breakfast where lots of wildlife can be seen, so keep your camera handy.

Sam, Irith, and Candyce were excellent hosts and we received an orientation regarding Sedona that we greatly appreciated. From them, we learned about Sedona's best kept secrets. They were interested in our daily plans and offered suggestions to help make the most of our trip. There is a computer to use, but each room has free wireless internet - perfect if you have your own laptop.

The view from our deck was great but the most spectacular landscapes can be seen from the endless hiking trails found throughout Sedona. We felt that the price was adequate for the hospitality, quality and tranquility available at Sedona Views B&B. We recommend this to all travelers to Sedona, and look forward to returning!

We've stayed at 2 other B&B's in Sedona and I have to say 'Sedona Views' far exceeded our other experiences! Our room was fabulous, our view and hot tub was lovely. We enjoyed our breakfasts and especially enjoyed visiting with Sam. What an interesting, friendly, informative guy. We'd go back just to hang with him again!!! We had the most incredible dinners (restaurants that Sam recommended). Cafe Elote was by far the best southwest cuisine we've ever had!! We loved it! Our second evening we had dinner at the Heartline Cafe and it was wonderful as well. We so enjoyed our short visit to glorious Sedona and look forward to going back and staying at Boots and Saddles!!!!
