“Great location and views of the red rock cliffs”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 July 2011

We stayed here on our cross country trip. Based on advice from other TripAdvisor travelers we booked here and asked for a third floor room. It is a lovely hotel - well maintained and centrally located to all the shops. We had magnificent, unobstructed views of the red rocks including Snoopy Rock. Despite its central location, it was very quiet. The rate we paid included deluxe breakfast which is provided at a nearby restaurant (about a 1 block walk) which was above par. The large room was modern, updated, with a fireplace.
The lodging enhanced our stay in Sedona. We would wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

The view is amazing. The pool is great. It is right near downtown Sedona, but it is still extremely quiet. A deluxe breakfast was included (real eggs, not powdered) , and it was wonderful. Parking was free. We were supposed to stay for one day, but we wound up extending twice and stayed for five days. Great deal.

Went to Sedona in April and stayed at the Orchards. Traveling from Mass. we were getting away from the snow and cold. We brought the weather with us but it did not stop us from having a great time. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean. We spent our cold and snowy afternoons at the restaurant and shared a lot of laughs and insights with a terrific bartender by the name of Vicki. Beautiful location and a wonderful time was had. We'll be back soon. (when we can use the pool)

My husband and I and our 6-year-old son stayed here for three nights in late June. Location cannot be beat - it's easy to walk around the corner for an ice cream or coffee, and the views are great. We stayed in a room on the top floor and I have no complaints - the room was spotless, beds were very comfortable and it was QUIET. I am a very light sleeper and slept very well here. Amazing views of Snoopy Rock from our private balcony. The pool was nothing fancy, but more than adequate for a cool-off in the afternoon. There were never more than 2 other people in the pool when we were using it. Staff at the desk were friendly and courteous when we had questions. It was our first time in Sedona and I would certainly stay here again.

We are very picky about where we stay and we found this inn to be a great value. Rooms were spacious and clean and they provided us with complimentary DVD player and microwave when we asked. Buffet breakfast was also included - although served in the restaurant right next door. Make sure you ask for the deluxe red rock rooms as they are the newest. All have great views and a small terrace. You can walk through the main part of town easily from the hotel.
Highly recommended.

This is essentially, a motel but a good one. It is in the middle of twon and in a great position woith balcony views over the red rocks. Good value, concerned and effective staff. I would advise not to take the breakfast (unless it has been improved) rather take your $9 into town where there are many resteraunts.Sedona is a lovely place - stay a few nights.

We had a few problems with the airconditioning so a few of the scores below are a little low but the manager was very concerned and gave us our money back - things do go wrong and he put it right as much as he could. Still a great motel.

Room Tip: As kor upstairs and specify a balcony
