Very cozy, great for couples! My boyfriend and I loved sitting by the fire place in the evening with the amazing red rocks in background sipping a glass of wine.... And we really liked the hot tub and pool, with the same beautiful view! Just set back enough off the main street far enough not to get all the noise of the traffic ect. Peaceful, and within reasonable walking distance of all the restaurants. Not the most modern of rooms, however, it was clean, amazing view, budget friendly, and truly enjoyed this inn. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed two nights at the Orchards Inn during our trip to Sedona. The rooms are "average" - could use updating. However, the views are gorgeous and the customer service was very good. We needed a roll away bed, which was delivered within minutes. Kevin and Juan at the desk were very friendly and genuinely interested in making sure our needs were met. The lobby is very small and "continental breakfast", located there, consists of a few pastries and coffee/tea. The hotel is extremely convenient to the downtown Sedona shops and restaurants. Overall good experience.

Room Tip: Most rooms have a fabulous view of the red rocks - make sure you get one of them.

Smack dab in the center of uptown Sedona. Set back from the street for a bit of quiet & sense of privacy. It is clean but a bit dated. A fireplace in the room is a vice touch - charming in the colder season. Three levels - two of which require using stairs. Of course the view is to die for. More expensive than we usually pay. Thin walls transmit some noise.

This place was very nice. Not fancy, but very nice. It has great views and the fireplace in the room is a nice touch. It is in a great location and you can walk to lots of great places. The front desk was very helpful and kind. It is basically a motel as the doors to the rooms are accessed from outside, so it looks a little off when you first drive up. That being said the rooms are very clean and the linens soft. My 2 complaints are that the beds are a bit soft and sink in the middle and that the bathrooms need some updating. All in all, it was great for the price we paid and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

We spent four nights in February at the Orchards. First of all, the view is what makes the hotel better than average. All rooms balconies, or ground level are treated to an unimpeded view of the red rocks that make Sedona the spectacular place it is. The location is in the main part of uptown, and close to enough shops, restaurants, and jeep tours that one can walk to all. The hotel has a very nice hot tub, and cool pool which for us in February was not crowded. It may be too small during warmer months for the size of hotel and possible guests. We loved having a slider onto a grassy area, all fenced in for our lab. The doggie friendly units are in a section that also have gas fireplaces. The TV was new and had a good variety of channels. The units are clean, but somewhat dated. We had immediate response when we called to say our power did not work for the microwave/refrigerator kept in a little side part of the closet. We also had a plumbing issue, but happily that was taken care of right away. The Hotel booking we used was a special promotional rate that included a thirty dollar credit to the Mexican restaurant adjacent. That was a good bonus. We would stay here again, especially if we got the promotional rate.

Room Tip: Dog friendly rooms are lovely for size, and dog convenience.

This property is located in the middle of town in upper Sedona - great location. There were maintenance issues when we checked in and the night clerk responded immediately to try to fix them. What couldn't be fixed was repaired the followng morning and when I called the front desk gal to inform her we leaving for the day so maintenance could come, she was already aware of the situation. (good communication on their part). The room had a gas fireplace which was nice since the evenings were cooler. Overall: great location and friendly and helpful staff.

Room Tip: Rooms are on the outside and there are no elevators, but it's not difficult climbing to the 2nd...

One of the best locations in Sedona, centered in the Uptown shopping area. Extremely friendly staff and every room has a fabulous view. The second floor is at street level so if you don't want stairs ask for this. There's only one flight of stairs up or down if you're on the other floors, no elevator. The Taos Cantina is 50' away and a dozen or more other restaurants within 2 blocks. We used the pool and the hot tub after hiking in the area, beautiful view from there too. Coffee maker in the room but the lobby has good coffee too with the continental breakfast provided. For an older place we found the rooms large, especially the bathroom. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Room Tip: The third floor of the main building (lobby) has the best view but there's nothing wrong with th...
