This location is perfectly for shopping and restaurants. Room was okay, with great views, staff was helpful. Only one thing was negative for me, the shower temperature was hot and cold the whole time I was trying to shower, could not get it to regulate. All in all a clean room.

My daughter and I spent 2 nights in Sedona and were completely blown away by the views from the room at The Orchards Inn. Absolutely breathtaking. Yes, the room's decor is a bit older but the room was spotlessly clean and everything was in excellent working order. The hotel is tucked away off the main street so it was very quiet at night but had easy walking access to everything in town. We had a HUGE room for the two of us with 2 Q beds plus a sitting area and gas fireplace. The front desk staff were always very helpful - I would stay there again!!

I spent one night here on a road trip. The hotel is right off the main street of Sedona, but set back just enough so it's not noisy or crowded. The room was really big, and had a gas fireplace, which helped in the cool desert night. We had an amazing view of the red rocks (including Snoopy rock) right from the balcony, which had plenty of room to sit.

The hotel is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to the hiking trails. The front desk staff was very helpful and recommended a great family-friendly hike nearby. It was a little too cold for the pool, but it looked really nice, and we were able to sit out there and read for a while. Note there is no elevator, so if your room is on the 2nd floor, you have to go up the stairs.

The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, and the 2 sinks (one outside the bathroom in a kitchenette) were greatly appreciated. Also, the front lobby has free water bottles available in case you forget yours before a hike! My only complaint was that the blinds in the bathroom were broken and didn't close completely, which was a little awkward. I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Try the second floor to get the best view of the red rocks.

We were surprised at how convenient this hotel is to all the main street activity in Sedona. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The view is amazing! And the restaurant associated with it (Taos Cantina) was fun, delicious, and a great place to plant yourselves while the shoppers in the group explored.

Sedona has several fine hotels and Orchards is certainly one of them. The rooms are large and
ours was spacious at 500 square feet. It was well equiped with two full wash basins plus
a sink next to the refrigerator. But the reason for our stay here was THE VIEW. The panaramic view fo the red rocks was wonderful and those formations are what makes Sedona a world-
class place to enjoy. We've visited Sedona five times and the near-by Grand Canyon but once.

Room Tip: All rooms are large but ask for one that is extra-spacious. Don't show up on a week-end without...

My family spend one night during our road trip to Grand Canyon. The location is on the main street of Sedona right behind the Taos Cantina restaurant. It was little difficult to find and parking is a bit of a challenge. Once we settled in, it was good to be able to walk down the street and check out different shops and restaurant.

We booked a deluxe double room on the top floor. The view of the Sedona rocks is amazing from the balcony. I think it is even better than it's more luxurious sister property, L'Auberge de Sedona, which is located directly below the Inn. The bed is comfortable. The fire place in the room was also a nice touch in a cold night. The bathroom is just okay. When I was taking shower, the water did not stay hot. It kept alternating between warm and luke warm bordering cold and would cycle back. Definitely not the most pleasant shower time for me.

The heated pool out side was very nice. My kids was able to enjoy swimming outdoor at night time. Staff was also pleasant and helpful.

This hotel has the best location, just off the main street in Sedona. We stayed in a 2nd level room with 2 queens and a balcony. This place truly feels more like a boutique-style hotel. The beds were very comfortable with high quality bedding and the view was priceless. I don't undersatnd the negative feedback some reviewers have left about location. Yes, it is located behind the Cantina restaurant and the entrance isn't the greatest curb appeal and there's no wow factor. We could have cared less. You get reserved parking right outside your room and parking in this area is hard to come by. We felt that the location just off the busy street was perfect because you do not experience all the noise and traffic, yet you are right there.

The pool and hot tub were also great. We specifically sought a place with a pool for our 2 kids and this was perfect. The red rocks surrounding us was perfect and the afternoon we used the pool we had it all to ourselves. The hot tub is really great and such an easy walk even from a 2nd floor room.

The free continental breakfast was nice to have, but the selection was pretty narrow. The pastries weren't anything great, but it was nice to have coffee, fruit and snacks readily available in the morning.

I wish we could have stayed more than 1 night. I was overwhelmed by the choices when looking for a place in Sedona and am so glad I settled on this one. I landed a great Groupon price that included a $25 gift card to the Taos Cantina, which was fabulous. We wanted to stay right in the heart of Sedona with a pool and this was perfect. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. The staff was very friendly and accomodating too when we asked for early check in.
