I stayed here with my husband and daughter and we were blown away. Not only did it look spectacular but the service was spot on. Super friendly and eager to help, it's more than safe to say we were pleased. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were nice as well. The breakfast didn't have much but made up for it in quality (and also has gluten free options as well as fresh fruit and other foods). Two thumbs up.

My wife and I took her family from Japan here for a couple of nights while visiting The Grand Canyon and Sedona. We had requested 2 rooms next to each other. 2 queen suites as most of the party did not speak English. The rooms were as we requested, but when I was told it was room 323 & 324 I thought it was on a 3rd floor. I forgot they have a different numbering system. It was on the 2nd floor, so it was all good. The beds we slept in were a bit on the uncomfortable side and the pillows are very fluffy and not very comfortable. I would recommend taking your own pillow. Also I took a small fan with me to circulate the air from the one end of the room to the other. The rooms are quite large and the chair was comfortable. The couch was not as comfortable, but it was a hide a bed and worked out well for that. One of the best parts of the stay is the great breakfast that they offer that is included in the price. They have scrambled eggs some with bacon sometimes with peppers, some plain. cheese for the eggs, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice, toast, bagels, muffins, sausage, cereal it is quite good! The biggest problem comes with seating. It does get busy and there are just not enough tables and chairs for everyone. My wife and I waited about 20 minutes this morning to get a table to eat. The location is very good, the concierge is very helpful. The only negative we had was the toilet in our room did not flush with just 2 pieces of tp in it. When it was used. It would not go down at all. The room service person came up and plunged it and left the plunger in case. Her advise.... don't use so much tp! Ummmmm ok.
Parking is sometimes difficult on weekends, but it was good during the week

We loved the Sedona Real. Clean, large rooms. Great breakfast in the mornings. Friendly, helpful staff. My children's favorite place to stay during our vacation in Arizona. We will definitely stay again!!

I needed to change our arrival date and I wanted to add an extra day to our pervious reservation. Jake could have not been more helpful. He took care of our needs and had a great attitude. When we checked in we were walked out of the office and our room was pointed out. Thank You. Our room was large and super comfortable. Plenty of parking right in front of our room. The concierge desk got us booked for a ride on the Pink Jeeps. We even got 10% off. Our great experience started with Jake and never stopped.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel, with two rooms-- a king suite as well as a 2 queen double room-- for 5 people (2 adults, 3 kids).
The rooms were very clean, and the property is well maintained. The rooms are modern. Loved the patio off of our room; we enjoyed coffee and red rocks every morning! Breakfast was an extremely pleasant surprise-- freshly made scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles, muffins. The fruit was even hand cut that morning!
The staff was great. Everyone was very helpful, they had great maps, directions, and suggestions for places to go. The rooms were kept very clean, and even when we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door they called to make sure we didn't need additional towels or glasses.
We were able to rent movies and watch them on the DVD in the rooms, and they had a great selection.
Loved the location. It was away from the crowd of downtown Sedona, but it was right on the main road. Very easy to get in and out of and use as a base for our trip.
We will visit this property again!!!

Room Tip: Ask for a room off the main road.

Thanks for the review. I am glad to hear your comments about the Do Not Disturb sign and how we handled it. A couple weeks ago we had one issue with that. The guest had it up in the morning and then took it down, but we missed it. So, I am happy to hear we were got it right this time. We make every effort to exceed the expectations of all our guests and as you pointed out, this happens in the details. We hope to welcome you back. We have great rates in the Winter too and it is super cozy up here.

We only stayed for one night as a stopover on the way to Grand Canyon and eventually Vail, CO but the hotel was a great find! The two bedroom suite was great for a family of 5 and is in a great location. The conceirge gave us a great recommendation for the Barking Frog where we had a great meal!

We just completed a 5 night stay at the Sedona Real Inn and are completely satisfied with our stay. I am extremely particular when it comes to cleanliness and this hotel receives stellar marks! The housekeeping staff is excellent and Lynne (supervisor) was fantastic!

We arrived early and had a choice of a room that was ready on the first floor or a room on the second floor (for which we had to wait for housekeeping to finish preparing). We chose to wait and before we went inside, Lynne went in to personally inspect our room - clipboard and all! She approached me every day and asked if we needed anything. I rattled off my list and when we got back from a day of sightseeing, everything was done and organized.

We traveled with our two teenage sons and had the suite with two rooms/king beds. This was a perfect size as we each had our privacy with a common living room in the middle. Don't worry about views - they are everywhere. We could see the red rocks when we pulled back our curtains but who wants to look at them from their room :)

The breakfast was terrific and consisted of Belgium waffles, yogurt, fresh fruits, cereal (including gluten free) sausages, eggs, and all sorts of bagels and breads. A bottomless coffee service is available 24 hours a day. Here, too, everything was very clean and run very efficiently considering one person ran the dining area.

We did not get the chance to use the pool or hot tub but saw lots of other people using it.

Overall, this hotel suited our needs. When traveling with family for a week, all the extra's can add up. The Sedona Real is affordable, includes breakfast, has a fantastic staff who are proactive and willing to bend over backwards to make their customers happy and in a great location. Red rocks everywhere!
