It's a house! Living room, dining area, full kitchen (well-equipped), large bathroom with whirlpool, bedroom with queen, large closet, bed-side tables, lamps. Quiet. Air conditioner works well, no weird smells. Nobody seems to smoke around there. :) And, your own parking space in front of your house!

Bathroom: Jacuzzi turned on in the middle of the night (?!?!?!?), finding the button (look hard!) took a moment, yet was easy to turn off.

Fred at the front desk: Makes things happen! We booked for 2 nights, wanted a 3rd, were told we needed to check out, wait 5 hours, then check in again... Fred fixed that! THANK YOU!

Restaurant on site: We tried to have breakfast and were told, come back in an hour... We never went back.

Pool: Large enough to swim, water aerobic class was enjoyable, instructor knows her stuff (yoga is her "thing").

Hot tubs: One next to the laundry room, one next to the pool. HOT! :)

Laundry: Free! 8 washers, 6 dryers.

This is a time-share, can only be rented through Expedia if rooms are vacant. GREAT deal for $150/night.

Again, if you have an issue, don't just call the front desk. Ask for Fred.

6 mins driving into the heart of town, 10 mins to the nearest vortex.

Room Tip: rm. 400: wifi is very slow in the bedroom, not fast in the front room.

The units here are single wide trailers -- nothing more. This "resort" is located on a dark road, outside of Sedona, in the middle of nowhere. There is barely enough room to walk in this unit, and in some spots, not enough room to turn around. Be advised, if you book a 2-bedroom accommodation (like we did), you will be staying in TWO SEPERATE UNITS. There is only a few feet between units, and you can hear your neighbors' conversations. The restaurant is overpriced and of poor quality -- I would not recommend it to anyone, and if you did decide you were desperate enough to try it, it probably would not be open, as its primary function appears to be a place to run timeshare functions. Finally, be forewarned that the timeshare sales people at this resort are rude and aggressive, and will lie to your face. Save yourself tons of aggravation and opt out!

The two buildings were perfect for our family of four for our ten night stay. The pool was great, not too warm which made it refreshing for an afternoon cool off. Housekeeping staff was gracious and helpful. They kept everything tidy. The city of Sedona is conveniently located to go to the grocery store. Our cons: because of our lengthy stay, we were provided with housekeeping services, I.e. Sheets, towels, kitchen towels... The staff really wanted us out of the rooms. They were ready for us to be out by 8:30AM. When we weren't, they kept driving by in their golf carts. We had no time given to us other than 'Monday'. Our other con would be the front desk. As a family, we have stayed at many Bluegreen/RCI resorts. We have never had to pay for borrowing videos, $5 for 2 videos or $3 for 1 or replenishing the dishwasher soap or laundry soap. No explanation given. My advice, bring extra soap if you are doing laundry in the room and go to Red Box.

This was very cool. You stay in your own southwest park model. We found it very peaceful and serene. This place is super clean and made our visit to Sedona comfortable. We had everything we needed and more, the attention to detail was amazing. If you have a larger family, the attached casitas to some units are just so quaint. I would take this over a hotel any day. It felt like a home away from home. The décor and layout of the units is perfect. Our only (minor) issue was the neighbor's rooster that decided to start crowing at 4am. The view from our bedroom window was a beautiful red peaked hill. Very Sedona like :)

Room Tip: Stay to the Left hand back side of the property- away from road noise and view of the hills. We had...

As has been pointed out by most reviews the units are small. Not uncomfortable, just small. They are however very tidy, have all you will need for your stay. The kitchen had all the amenities, place settings, serving ware and pots and pans we needed. We used the gas BBQ's twice during the stay. (the BBQ's next to the condos couldn't be used because of fire danger) It wasn't much of a problem to use the resorts BBQ's anyway. Grounds are well kept. Swimming pool large and the hot tub nice with a little stream cascading into the tub. Mini-golf course was fun and my 3 1/2 year old grandson thought it was the highlight of the trip. Cell phone service spotty although my Verizon service worked. Wi-Fi was another story. I couldn't get it to work in my condo at all. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

Upon driving up and seeing the resort, it seemed to be quite small and dingy. While our unit was on the smaller side, there proved to be plenty of room for 3 people. The kitchen was well-stocked and bathroom was large! We called for extra towels one evening and they were there within 2 minutes with more! The wifi was somewhat spotty throughout the week, but the pool and hot tubs were really nice to entertain us. There are little streams and waterfalls all over the resort, so when you fall asleep at night, it's quite peaceful to fall asleep to the water sounds! Overall, we had a really nice stay!

We just returned from 6 nights at Sedona Pines Resort. We used a timeshare exchange for a week stay and decided if we didn't like the accommodations, we would simply leave early and go back home. Prior to arriving, we called and requested a secluded and quiet unit. Our arrival was early but we were told our unit was ready and were given a quick and friendly check-in. We were directed to a different individual for information and parking pass and were ready for the obligatory jousting with a timeshare sales person. Thankfully, we were simply invited to an informational breakfast the following morning and given a map to our unit, etc. The units are individual manufactured 'homes', complete with small living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and an outdoor deck. Although small compared to a home or even a standard one bedroom timeshare with kitchen, our unit proved to be very livable and comfortable. I was impressed the kitchen could be so well-stocked and organized. The bathroom tub/shower was very spacious and the entire unit was very clean. There was a flat screen TV in the living room and the bedroom. We had read a suggestion that unless you are an early riser to bring eye masks for the light that comes through some upper windows. We bought those and were glad we did as it does get very light in the unit very early. The grounds are very nice with lots of water features and an adults only hot tub separate from the family pool and hot tub. The exercise room could use updating but there was some useful equipment. The informational breakfast was very helpful with representatives from several local attractions there to briefly describe the various things to do in the area and no pressure to attend sales presentations, etc. The mid-week cleaning was nice. The one negative for us was the lack of good internet service. We would have liked to read reviews and suggestions of local hikes, restaurants, etc., online but had difficulty getting a connection and when we did, it was slow. The resort is located about 3 miles from town. There is some highway noise but 90% of accommodations in the Sedona area would have that. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
