Sitting on the balcony and looking out over the red rock hills was wonderful! Even better was hiking those same hills. This property is a bit older but in very good shape. The pool area is small but very nice and also has amazing views. Our unit was handicap accessible, (not our choice) so it had a few oddities but will still enjoyed staying here and had plenty of room. We appreciated the location of the hotel and felt close to what we needed. There are some great shops adjacent to the property and downtown is very close by. We look forward to returning.

While the area is beautiful, and the location is convenient, this is true basement living! I complained to management, deaf ear. Room was stuffy, small and dark, if this is your thing, then the place is a great find!

The condos are comfortable and roomy and the staff very helpful especially the concierge. Don't buy a timeshare though. Some bait and switch going on. The town is awesome with some amazing jewelry and artwork. Rent. Ca and go up to the Grand Canyon for the day. Have a spiritual massage one day and take the Pink Jeep tour another. Lots of fun areas to discover on your own day trip.

This was our second stay at this resort. This was perfect resort for a family vacation. We stayed in a casita which includes washer/dryer, stocked kitchen, and patio with breathtaking view and pull out sofa for the kids. I love the huge jacuzzi tub! A short drive to the market/drug store, main shopping off 89A in walking distance. Nice pool and activity area located at the top of the resort so there are no rooms obstructing view of the red rocks. Pink jeep tours and trolley stop close by.

We stayed here last year... During our first stay in March 2013, we ended up in a lower-level "dungeon" room (1413 B). It was not a good room, but we enjoyed the property enough to return.

This year we returned for a 5 night stay. We were traveling with my mother who has limited mobility. We were offered room 1122 (A&B --a 2 BR lock-out unit), which was a fantastic room (1 BR plus a studio -- sleeps 6). We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed this unit. We took full advantage of the clubhouse... borrowing DVDs, games, tennis rackets/balls, and bath robes. We used the grill to cook dinner.

We especially enjoyed the Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery and Wildflower Bakery located adjacent to the property.

We look forward to returning again, but I sure hope we aren't sent back to the dungeon!

Room Tip: Try to get an upper level unit in phase 1 (closer to the pool, lobby, club house and shops)

The only thing that could have made our stay better is a suite on the second or third floor-And moor hooks in the bathroom!!
Very clean and well appointed resort in the heart of Sedona with gorgeous views. Minutes from many hiking/biking trails and restaurants.

Room Tip: Rooms on the second or third floor for a great view

We booked this resort for 2 nights through a vacation club presentation. In regard to the presentation, we asked a lot of questions and decided not to purchase at this time. Patti from B.C was very nice, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Purchasing a vacation club/timeshare is not something to be taken lightly and we need time to consider the information we received.

Check in was very easy and fast. Our room was a beautiful 1 bedroom on the first floor with a patio. We were facing the shops, but still had a view of the red rocks. Our room was very clean and had a washer/dryer, along with a full kitchen. This is perfect room to bring the family.

The pool/hot tub/fire pit, and grill area boast amazing views all day and during sunset. We enjoyed the spa and pool quite a bit on our trip. This resort is walking distance from shops, restaurants, and trails.

Highly recommend this resort!
