We just returned from a one night stay at the Butterfly Garden Inn. Although it went by pretty fast, it was just what we needed for a break away from the heat in Phoenix, and to enjoy the tall trees and beauty there. The cabin we stayed at (#17) was small but a good size for the 5 of us, after all we wanted to be there for the outdoors. We were right in front of the large grass lawn and picnic tables which was perfect for us, with a dog. We suprisingly enjoyed not having a tv for once, and played games and made smores on our grill right outside the door. It was so relaxing taking a early morning walk and the weather was perfect!! (mid 50's in the morning) and for summer thats a wonderful suprise. The bathroom was a bit small but manageable. We loved receiving our breakfast basket next to our door bright and early at 7 am. It was filled with delicous pastries, yogurt, granola, juices, and fruit and even treats for our dog! I though that was extra sweet. There was also a Keurig coffee maker in the cabin. The owner , Frank, was such a friendly nice guy, and we were happy to stay here and enjoy the relaxing beauty of it all. Would stay again!
