Although the rooms are spacious and clean, kids will be very bored here. Young couples may be bored, too. The grounds are not special, so you'll have to leave them to really feel like you're in Sedona. We tried to go to the pool, and there is not any place for a child to go except on the first step. There isn't even a kiddie pool, not even a pitiful one. The staff inside glared at my children (who weren't even being loud) and did not speak to us. Weird.

Believe it or not, there are many rooms without a view. Ours was practically underground.

Room Tip: ask for a room with a view.

We love this resort! So much that we have purchased timeshare with them both times we have visited so that we can return anytime we want. The staff here is so friendly and the units are very updated....new within the last 8 years.

There is so much that the resort offers and many day trips that you can sign up for. Free classes such as Tai Chi and there was a Native American Indian that did a presentation while we were there. It was very interesting to learn of the culture.

This resort is great and very friendly for couples or families. It is a definate for us to visit again!

My hubby came along for our annual highschool mini-reunion get-together and we made this resort as our home base. We were 25 attendees, from an all girls highschool from the Philippines. The resort staff kept our rooms close by to each other. All in all, we had 2 of 1bedrm units and 2 of 2bedrm units, so we checked out each others' room layout. The 2bedrm units are definitely roomier. The resort was great location, walking distance to groceries and coffee shop, which was a God-send as it snowed 5 inches the next morning. A good thing here, the cacti slurped up the snow as soon as it melted and by the next day as if nothing happened. We spent 5 days here and made trips to Jerome and the Grand Canyons on separate days. On our last day, we parked along the airport mesa road and hiked a short walk up a mini-mountain to view their spectacular sunset and view the town at twilight. A lovely way to celebrate our double 5 birthday year !!!Awesume end to our vacation !!!

We loved this property, 1 bedroom that overlooked the Red Rocks of Sedona. Had all amenities you expect from Wyndham. Of course they hit us up for a new presentation, with a $75 gift card. It was worth 90 minutes of our time. Always say no anyway.
Loved this area, we didn't spend anytime at the pool, or workout rooms, but they were available. Safeway is less than a mile away. Great restaurants close by, a little pricey.
Would definitely return.

The check in was a breeze and the staff there is helpful and friendly. We loved the landscaping and the units were architecturally beautiful and we were well equipped with a full kitchen and a comfortable bed. The location is just outside of the hustle and bustle of Sedona- but close enough to restaurants and stores. The pool and jacuzzi area are very nice, as are the activities in the main building. There was a gym, a sauna, and an internet center if you needed to fire off some emails. We did the Wyndham "update" which was a bit of a bore, but was informative. (read time share sales) Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it.

Room Tip: Any room is a great room...
