Location:
Not quite convenient, as it is located at the outskirts of Sedona, by the highway 89a.
Room:
Everything in this room was ancient beginning from the walls and ending with the bathroom appliances. If you like antiques this place is for you. We didn't like this room, which had a aura of the antecedent bordello.
Price:
Inexpensive and perfectly matches the saying: "You get what you paid for".
We didn't expect the luxury but still it was below our expectations.

Ok yes, it is a cheap roadside motel and yes, it's old but...the beds are comfortable, the owners are kind and helpful and it's inexpensive and clean. Request a 2nd floor room if noise bothers you because you can hear your neighbors but the AC drowns the noise out.

Sedona is a relatively expensive place to stay, and the Whitehouse was by some distance the best value accommodation I could find. The staff are friendly, the site and rooms are clean and well presented, and overall it's a fair budget option. However, this can't hide the fact that the place does feel rather dated. The aircon in our room was too noisy to sleep, the patio door mozzie screen didn't lock, the walls weren't soundproof, the bathroom extractor fan noisy, and as a result sleep quality wasn't great, frankly. The owners are trying hard to make the best of the place, but if I could afford to go upmarket then to be honest I would. I'd not choose to stay here again.

Room tip: Go upstairs if possible. The downstairs ceilings aren't soundproof and you get to hear those upstairs moving around. Loudly.

i have been returning to Sedona for visits since 2004 and have come back to the Whitehouse Inn every time to find the same lovely and helpful owners there to welcome me. It a great deal for the price, convenient to all amenities. They have made every effort to accommodate requests for room preferences. Its clean, and well taken care of. Seems like every time I come back a little something more is added. Personal service, when I leave I feel I am leaving friends.. I am usually staying for a few days..

In Sedona Hotel stays are very pricey. The White House Inn was the best I could find within the City. The Hotel was immaculately cleaned and kept up. The room was cleaned daily for my three day stay, the Hotel staff was polite, cordial, and ready to lend a hand or give directions. Very close to the Amitabha Stupa, the energy vortexes, and hiking trails in West Sedona.
