We stayed in Sundance. We could not get the heat to feel like it was on. We spent the evening turning the fireplace timer back on. We thought that maybe it was a heat ump which does not feel as warm coming out of the vents. Room was pleasant and the bed very comfortable. We were looking forward to a hot shower or bath....no hot water!!!!!. I reported it after breakfast. The owner checked it out I guess. The water heater was in a closet directly across from our room. No apology. and no report back to us that she got it fixed. She came down the stairs as I was getting some coffee and ignored me. When we got home I emailed them about the situation. I feel that a hot shower in a hotel is at least 25 % of the experience. No reply to the email. I just can't reccommend this B&B based on no hot water and the indifference of the owners. Very disappointing stay. Breakfast was good. There was only one other room accupied during our stay.

My fiancé surprised me with a weekend in Sedona. She booked a room (Sundance) at Adobe Village Graham Inn. From the moment Ron (Owner) answered the door we were greeted with a smile. Ron was very polite in showing us the ground amenities, and offering a few ideas for dinner options. The room was amazing and the bed and pillows were more comfortable than our own at home. we plugged in our ipod and enjoyed a very peaceful evening. We came down for breakfast and were served at our table. The food was amazing and fresh. We had a day planned so making it to breakfast between 8-9 was perfect!
If someone is looking for shinny lights and a song and dance. Go to Vegas.. If you want a bed and breakfast and have a feeling you are at a upscale cabin and enjoy a relaxing vacation then I would recommend the Adobe Village.

Room Tip: we had a chance to see all the rooms. some the TV's were not straight in front of the beds. IF.. you planned on laying in bed and watching a movie you might want to call and ask if the room you are looking at has a tv in front or off to the side at an angle.

The first night in our $400.00 per night room we had no heat. Since it was 9pm we decided to get under the covers and tough it out. By the morning it was frigid in the room. We went to the inn as we were in the seperate casita. Told Ron the problem and he replied " I will have to call someone." Shortly after that he said he would have to move us to another casita when it became available which wasn't until around 1:00 pm. So we went to town for 3-4 hours until he called and said the next room was ready. The whole point of staying at this place was to enjoy our room. He said it was a "nicer room" as it has a better view. A $40.00 difference in rate according to website. We specifically chose the first room as we had stayed there 8 yrs earlier and wanted to stay in same room for our 20th anniversary. We were disappointed but would rather have heat. The next day when checking out nothing was said about our first night without heat. So we brought it up and Ron said I gave you a upgrade! Great, we didn't ask for an upgrade we just wanted a room with heat that we paid for. What about the first night we spent without heat? He said I guess I can give you $50.00 credit which 2 weeks later we still have not received and frankly don't expect to. He showed no care and never apologized. He was more cold then the room itself. It was so disappointing. It really is not about the money but the attitude shown. By the way last weekend we stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn for the night and that runs around $120.00 per night. The breakfast was not ready when we were leaving and we had to wait so they gave it to us for free. Better care then Ron and his $400.00 per night inn gave!!

I would like to respond to Sandra’s comments as there are a few inaccuracies. On the morning of the 28th Sandra’s husband came over to the main building to get coffee and said the heat in his room did not appear to be working. He stated that they were warm the night before and turned off the heat. When they got up in the morning and turned it back on it did not seem to be heating. He also made it seem like it wasn’t a big issue as the fireplace was on and it wasn’t that cold out.
As we are not able to repair heaters Ron told Jerry he would have to call someone out to fix the heater. In the mean time Ron took a portable heater over as well as made sure the fireplace was lit and check out the thermostat just in case it was something not set correctly. Not knowing what was wrong with the heater we did not know if it would be able to be fixed in one day. Ron offered them an upgrade to our most expensive villa Sunset, which runs $399 a night in comparison to the room they rented for $359 not $400 as stated.
As all our rooms were occupied we were unable to move them until our guests checked out and we cleaned the room. We are not able to predict when a heater is going to go out but we did everything we could to accommodate them as quickly as we could when we were made aware of the problem. When they came to me in the morning wanting reimbursed for their upgrade I was a little surprised as Jerry hadn’t seemed like it was a big deal the day before. If we would have known it was an issue for them we would have refunded them their money and they could have stayed anywhere they liked. As far as the $50 refund, we did attempt to refund the money on the card that was provided to us but the transaction would not go through and our credit card processing company told us that the account came up as invalid.

The only good thing about this experience was the bed and bedding. Everything else was mediocre at best. Agree with the other reviewer about Ron. Thought it was just us...all he was interested in was the "rules" wouldn't even serve a couple breakfast because they were five minutes late. Blinds in the room were broken, artificial, dusty flowers, homemade bread would have been nice if we could extrcate it from the breadmaker. Even the cooks making breakfast were rude. For +290$ a night, should have stayed at a holiday inn. At least they would have been nice!

The Inn is 6 miles from Sedona. Good views of the red rocks and especially Bell Rock. Our room, Supai Suite was on the bottom floor of a four unit building located about 200 feet from the main building. It was more condo than hotel room, furnished nicely but cheaply. Nice kitchen, fresh bread and cookies when we arrived which was nice. Biggest plus was the ultra comfy bed. Our view was obscured by bushes but upstairs is really nice so ask for an upstairs unit if possible. Breakfast was nice, we met some nice people from Chicago, food was well presented but not delicious. Probably the biggest complaint and the thing that made the stay less than great was the service. Ron is distant if not cold. He never asks what he can do, never smiles. He is in the hospitality business but seems unhappy and uninterested in his profession. For 309 a night I expect more. Sedona is a sold out easy sell place so I guess he figures it doesn't matter how he acts because the next guy will come. I was unimpressed. Oh and the bathroom towels smelled like mildew. Room had a fireplace but per Ron "they are fake and have been broken forever."

Room Tip: If you are in the "annex" ask for an upper floor room.
