How I so enjoyed my little weekend "wellness"excursion...The Lodge connected me with fabulous people from a variety of modalities to transform me in the course of one weekend into a calmer, more peaceful and clear person...I so enjoyed my quaint room and the executive chef is just so creative and welcoming, and a role model for healthy ,enjoyable foods and excellent customer service. The staff were engaging and tried to do for each guest special things to help them enjoy themselves..a really wonerful B and B and I will go back...

We loved our 3 day stay at The Lodge @ Sedona. Originally we were to stay in the Copper Canyon room but when the newly installed cable system would not operate, we were upgraded to the larger Whispering Winds suite. We were very happy that they upgraded us to a larger room at no charge over such a small issue they likely had fixed within 24 hours. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant was vast knowledge of the area. The gourmet breakfasts and appetizers in the afternoon were fantastic. Every inch of this property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, including the exterior. We never even saw a pine tree needle on the pathways. The Whispering Winds suite had a very large, very private patio area with a good view and separate entrance. The only time we went into the mainhouse entrance was to eat. We could come & go from the outside patio area, which was gated. We felt very safe and the property was very quiet & peaceful. The home itself is gorgeous in an Arts & Craftsman style and the common area rooms were large & comfortable. We will stay here again.

Room Tip: Originally we booked the Cooper Canyon room and we loved the decor, which was very Ralph Lauren, ups...

the Lodge is a reaaly special place...it takes maximum advantage of the beauty of Sedona.....the moment you come onto the property you are struck by the great care they have placed in making this one of the most beautiful bed and breakfasts we have ever visited....the breakfasts are exceptional and very inventive recipes.....the roooms while small are very well laid out with great decorator touches that take full advantage of the space....our only suggestion would be to use a queen bed instead of a king to open the space.....we took our dog and she was welcomed like a special guest by all of the staff......the staff was wonderfully professional and friendly and went out of their way to help with restaurant choices and places to hike......we would go back in a heart beat!

My husband and I stayed at the Lodge in Jan 2011 for two nights. This was not our first stay here....our fourth in fact, but our first in this room. We booked the Red Rock Crossing Suite at $349 per night. The description said that it has a private terrace with hot tub for two. We were both a bit lost for words when we got shown to our room. The most expensive room, with a private bathroom and private terrace was not private in the least. The entrance from inside the lodge is just opposite the office door and entrance hall. All the windows from the room faced out onto the parking lot and the main path to the office, so we could not have the blinds open or the windows as we could hear and see all the coming and goings of people checking in, unloading etc. The "private" bathroom had windows on the parking lot side and a door with a window (the second entrance) that was next to the office window and anyone passing the end of the path. The "private terrace" was accessed out the bathroom door, past the office window...hope that no one is walking by and through a gate. Once in it feels pretty private but they could have screened off the office window and brought the fence around to create a true "terrace". I did address this after our stay and they told me they were going to make it more private, but they can't move the whole room!
The bed was comfy, the hot tub fabulous, the serene atmosphere relaxing. We would possibly stay there again but in a different room. We are going back to Sedona later this year and are exploring other places to stay.

Hosts are most gracious, courteous and helpful. You will feel at home here just as it should be. The property and room was beautiful and the atmosphere was so serene. I do hope for better heat in the bathroom next time (basically a corridor with little/no insulation for winter) and an upgrade to the shower; hot water does not exist in the morning, pressure is too low and for the price of a room one would expect multiple jets in the amenities. Pillows are the worst you will ever have so bring your own. If you can deal with those shortfalls, then your stay here will be quite relaxing and delightful.

Room Tip: The Kings Ransom has a private hot tub. Others vary by size and patio access. The web site has exc...

The atmosphere and staff added to our fun filled days of activities in Sedona. After going on a trip to the mountains in a rented jeep, going on a helicopter sight seeing tour and galloping with horse, coming back to the lodge was exquisitely restful and rejuvenating.

The Lodge was even more beautiful than I anticipated! The brochures were a great pre-cursor, but the real thing was beyond my imagination. My best friend and I came for much needed girls trip and some restoration, after our spa treatments, a fantastic massage, and quiet time in the hot tub, we got it! The food was excellent definitely 5 star quality and the staff were consistently kind, polite, and helpful. we are already planning our next trip! The fact that this delightful place is set in the midst of the most beautiful place in the U.S. is no surprise to me...
