Our room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. We had a nice view of the Red Rock formations and mesas. The location is quiet and close to all activities. The TV remote did not work and was replaced promptly. Service was very good and courteous.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the street have nice views of Red Rock formations and mesas.

We arrived and checked in without a problem and had a studio to start. The room was dated but cozy. (They were upgrading units in the buildings so that will change). We were happy with the small patio and our room but a couple days in we had an issue with odors from the work they were doing that made my wife ill. We talked to management and they worked to make it right. They moved us and upgraded us to a one bedroom, and the manager also gave us a couple good recommendations on restaurants as well.

I have to say that this was a pleasant surprise since we had had some bad experiences in the past with Diamond Resorts for customer service, and left us saying that we would stay there again. The room we were upgraded to was comfortable. We had a two burner hot plate, a fridge, sink, and dishwasher in the kitchen and the bed was good. Only negative were the pillows which were lumpy and gave us some discomfort. However, management were accommodating and will work with you so just talk to them. Housekeeping is once per week, but if you need towels/toiletries just ask the desk.

Overall it was good. Just be warned that the 90 minute presentation that you sign up for (if you choose to) can lead you to repeat a trip with Gilligan and the Skipper that is more like a three hour tour with a snake oil salesman. (It is a timeshare presentation after all). However, the $150 certificate for dinner at Cuccina Rustica and a 3 day 2 night voucher make up for it somewhat.

The location was great on 179. It was walking distance to Firecreek Coffee which has great coffee and some local restaurants, along with shopping. It was a short jaunt from there to I-17 (helpful since 89A closed with the fire) and to 89A into town and South toward Prescott. Parking was not an issue and the pools were nice. Overall, at the end of the day we had a good stay and would considder returning.

Room Tip: Ask for a single story one bedroom with a balcony or a studio with a balcony.

Thank you for your review of your recent stay at the Bell Rock Inn. We’re sorry to note that your vacation was initially marred by the refurbishment work that was being undertaken at the time of your stay, but we are really pleased that it was possible for us to find a satisfactory resolution to this matter, and that you would like to return here in the future. We regret to read your comments about the pillows in your accommodation – our front desk team would have been happy to provide replacement pillows if this had been requested, so please don’t hesitate to ask!

Although we invite guests to learn more about vacation ownership during their stay, this is not mandatory unless you’re staying on a promotional break and guests are entirely within their rights to decline the meeting if they don’t wish to attend.

We stayed here just a day, but we were pretty pleased. The Lobby could probably get a remake, it looks pretty faceless. But the staff is very attentive and friendly. The spacious room was a surprise: fake-fire-but-nice fireplace, full kitchen with everything, modern bath, very nice. Overall the hotel made a good impression, clean, no complains here. 10 minutes or so from Sedona.

We stayed at this time share last week and had booked it through Priceline. The one-bedroom suite was clean, very spacious and quiet. We did not utilize the balcony because it faced the highway going through town but the bedroom faced away from the street and was quiet. On day two of our stay while we were out, new living room furniture was delivered and made the room look more updated.
We liked the location because we wanted to hike Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte, plus it is only a short ride into bustling Sedona.
On the way into town we had stopped at the ranger station (one mile south of the hotel) which had a stargazing event scheduled for that night and was absolutely amazing.
We would recommend Bell Rock Inn to other travelers.

Bell Rock Inn is a decent place to stay near Sedona. The view from our room was of one of the pools so we got to watch several grannies doing water aerobics in the morning. Since this is a timeshare type of "resort" you have to dodge the lady in the lobby handing out a "welcome packet" which is basically an invitation to sit through a presentation on how to buy a timeshare. Our room was in the refurbished section of the hotel and didn't really scream out refurbished. The furniture is still pretty dated but the TV and flooring/countertops look new. The room wasn't as clean as it could have been. I guess I wouldn't stay here again unless I ended up here through Priceline. If I could give 2.5 stars I would.

This is a totally interesting place, leaving the mystical vortexs aside, the mountains are truly spectacular. They have a majesty about them that is compelling enough to get up early and venture out to view the sunrise and set from the most spectacular places. This hotel is in the best location, close to eateries, the spectacular views and the shopping mail.

Room Tip: All the rooms are different so it does not matter, we had a double storey room which was completely...

My husband and I have stayed here before with our family and loved the rooms we were given so we were excited to return. However, after making a 14 hours drive , we arrived to find that we were not assigned to one of the one bedroom units as we reerved, but a "townhouse" which is basically a two story studio apartment with a bed that's underground. There is no patio or balcony. If you open the blinds on one window , you're looking at the retaining wall that's holding up the parking lot next door. If you open the blinds on the other window , you're looking at the cars that are parked in the parking lot next door. The kitchen is tiny and totally inadequate and there is no table ,just a bar with 4 chairs. There are two bathrooms but they both have tiny tubs and tiny vanities with only 1 sink. This unit cannot legally be called a one bedroom as they're trying to do since there is no door to close off the sleeping area from the living area. So if you're traveling with parents, kids or anyone else, having sex with your partner is pretty much out of the question unless you don't mind having NO privacy. The clerk at the front desk was of absolutely no help ...ksut lloked like he was annoyed that we were unhappy with the room and wanting him to help us find a new one. I tried to take a bath after a little while and couldnt because the stopper in the tub didnt work. Then they sent a guy who reeked of cigarette smoke to try to fix the tub so the room stunk for a good 10 minutes after that and he never did manage to fix the tub. The units in the other buildings here are mice and have pools right outside them. But for some reason we got stuck in this crappy unit even though we are gold members of Diamond Resort who pay over $4000 a year in fees. Truly a disappointing experience .

Room Tip: Be sure to tell them NOT what they call a townhouse unit. And if you're allergic to pets , be...

Thank you for your feedback of our resort. At Bell Rock Inn we strive is to provide guests with spacious accommodations, and resort style amenities. We too, are disappointed that you could not take in the picturesque views of the area from your guestroom and are, equally disappointed by the maintenance and housekeeping issues you seem to have experienced during your stay. We hope, however, that you had an otherwise pleasant stay and will contact us if you would like to discuss your experience further. Thank you again for taking the time to share and we hope to welcome you back again in the future.
